The Retreat at Cobblestone is located off the south side of Cobblestone Park Dr (aka Cobblestone Dr), which is off the east side of Wooster Pike Rd (SR 3), between Sharon Copley (SR 162) and Poe Roads. The subdivision will comprise the residential streets of Alder Ln, Buckeye Ln, and Hazel Ln.
Phase I will encompass Buckeye Ln.
These cluster homes are being built exclusively by New Leaf Homes.
New Leaf Homes is offering seven customizable floorplans.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for The Retreat at Cobblestone are approximately $295 month, which include landscaping, lawn care, and snow plowing (streets, driveways and walkways).
Bordering this development to the east are Arbor Lakes Cluster Homes. To the northeast, on the opposite side of Cobblestone Park Dr, are the homes of Cobblestone Park.

Lake Medina is 16 min away for hiking, fishing, canoeing, and cross-country skiing.
