Glaymorgan Hollow is a community of 28 custom-built single-family homes with 2+ acre lots in northwest Medina, Ohio (Liverpool Township). This subdivision is located half a mile south of Neff Rd, off the east side of Station Rd, and comprises Lonesome Pine Trl, Grassy Branch Dr, and one home on Station Rd (house number 2645).

Glaymorgan Hollow homes were custom built between 1997-2005.

These ranch and two-story homes range from 2,500-6,500 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.

Inside, common amenities include hardwood flooring, two-story foyers with turned staircases, laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms or private dens, second-floor lofts or bonus rooms, great rooms (some are vaulted) with fireplaces, and kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, pantry, and dinette area. First-floor owner’s suites include walk-in closets and bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commodes. Finished lower levels are complete with media rooms, bars, billiard areas, and exercise rooms.

Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-4 cars. A number of homes also have detached garages or outbuildings.

Homes are serviced by septic systems and public water, but some homes opt to use private cisterns.

Backyards feature custom patios and/or composite decks, covered living areas, and fire pits.

The flat topography is suitable for lawn games, dogs, playsets, gardens and pools.

Homesites are approximately 150′ wide and range from 2.0 to 4.0 acres.

Most lots are cleared with strategically planted trees offering privacy. Nearly every lot has a treeline at the back of the property.

Three of the four lots with wooded backyards are located along the southeast corner, where a small stream flows.

Numerous homes have private ponds.

Like most neighborhood streets in Medina, there are no curbs and sidewalks.

Lonesome Pine Trl has a knuckle (partial) cul-de-sac. Grassy Branch Dr ends in a temporary cul-de-sac, which could be extended with future development opportunities.

Post is conveniently delivered to mailboxes at the end of each driveway.

The neighborhood is served by Buckeye Local School District. The school campus is a 7 min drive.

There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Glaymorgan Hollow!
