About Weymouth Crossing
Weymouth Crossing is a community of 72 single-family homes located near the intersection of Huffman Rd and Weymouth Rd, adjacent to Weymouth Country Club.
Homes were built exclusively by Ryan Homes between 2016-2019.
These ranch and two-story Craftsman-style homes mainly range from 2,400-5,200 square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 2-5 bathrooms.
Inside, homes feature hardwood flooring, formal dining rooms, private dens and/or sitting rooms, mud halls with benches, laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, and second-floor lofts or bonus rooms. Great rooms with fireplaces are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island with breakfast bar seating, large walk-in pantry, and dinette area or morning room. Owner’s suites (some first-floor) include tray ceilings, sitting areas, walk-in closets, and bathrooms with soaking tubs and/or custom tiled walk-in showers, and dual sinks/vanities. Finished lower levels are complete with media rooms, billiard areas, bars, and exercise rooms.
All homes have public water and sewer.
Most homes have front-entry garages that accommodate 2 or 3 cars side-by-side or 3-cars tandem. There are also a few homes with side-entry garages.
Backyards feature lush landscaping, custom patios and/or composite decks, covered living areas, and fireplaces or fire pits.
Cleared homesites range from 0.29 to 0.59 acres.
The community has three serene fountained ponds and 19 acres of greenspace. Most of the greenspace along the north end of the development has a wooded depth of roughly 300 feet, acting as a buffer between the golf course of Weymouth Country Club and offering privacy to the abutting backyards. Residences along the Ivory Rose Ct cul-de-sac have treed views of the course’s 5th hole.
There are two entrances to Weymouth Crossing: Amber Glen Dr from Weymouth Rd, and Crimson Harvest Ln from Huffman Rd. Each entrance is flanked by landscaped beds with signage between stacked stone pillars.
In addition to the entrance streets, this development also encompasses Ivory Rose Ct and one home on Huffman Rd (house number 4157).
Unlike most neighborhood streets in Medina, there are curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
The neighborhood is serviced by the highly-rated Medina City School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Weymouth Crossing are approximately $500 annually.

There are plenty of outdoor recreation opportunities nearby. Lake Medina is 3 min away for walking trails, fishing, canoeing, and cross-country skiing. Reagan & Huffman Parks are also a 3 min drive or 7 min bike for ball fields & sport courts, play structures, a skate park, 12 miles bike of trails, and an RC track.
