Emerald Run is a high-end community of three custom-built luxury homes on 2+ acre wooded lots in York Township of Medina, Ohio. It comprises homes around the cul-de-sac of Emerald Run Rd (house numbers 7720, 7725 & 7730), which is accessible through the subdivision of Emerald Woods, off the east side of Erhart Rd, just north of Stone Rd.
These homes were constructed beginning in 2023 by custom builders including Landmark Homes.

Finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) are complete with media rooms, bars, billiard areas, and exercise rooms. Side or rear-entry attached garages accommodate 3+ cars. Homes may also have detached garages and/or outbuildings.
Homes are serviced by city water and septic systems.
Backyards feature custom patios and/or composite decks, covered living areas, and fire pits.
The site has gently rolling topography throughout as well as an existing stream.
Homesites have 100′ building setbacks and are sized at 2.1, 5.6 and 22.2 acres. The two southernmost lots are heavily forested, offering the ultimate in privacy and gorgeous views of nature. The 22-acre lot has 14-acres of tillable acreage and a wooded section along its west end.
As with most neighborhood streets in Medina, Emerald Run Rd has no curbs or sidewalks.
The neighborhood is served by Buckeye Local School District. The school campus is a 9 min drive.
There is no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) at Emerald Run (no HOA fees or bylaws)!
