Lincoln Estates is a lovely community of 14 single-family homes upon 2+ acre lots in Medina Township, Ohio. This subdivision is located 0.6 miles west of Huffman Rd, off the north side of Fenn Rd, across the street from Medina Marsh. It encompasses house numbers 3660-3800 on Thomas Lincoln Pkwy and the cul-de-sac street of Gladden Pl.
These homes were constructed from 1998-2016.
Lincoln Estates ranch and two-story homes range from 2,700-6,000 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-5 bathrooms.
Being that homes were constructed over 18+ years, designs and features vary. A large pond is shared amongst several properties on the east side of Thomas Lincoln Pkwy.

Lincoln Estates is also accessible through the adjoining community to the north, Regal Brook Farms, which has its own entrance off Remsen Rd.
As with most neighborhood streets in Medina, there are no curbs and sidewalks.
The neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Medina City School District.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Lincoln Estates.

Lake Medina is 6 min away for walking trails, fishing, canoeing, and cross-country skiing.
