About Highland Hills Farm
Highland Hills Farm is a community of 38 custom-built single-family homes in northeast Medina, Ohio (Granger Township) located 0.3 miles south of Remsen Rd off the east side of Ridge Rd, comprising Snowberry Ln and the west end of Winterberry Ln.
To the east, Winterberry Ln becomes the development of Winterberry Estates.


Highland Hills Farm homes were custom-built between 1991-2010, with the final few homes constructed in 2016 and 2019.
Homes mainly range from 3,500-6,500 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4 bathrooms.
Inside, homes feature hardwood flooring, two-story foyers with open staircases, two-story or vaulted great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or private dens, and large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets. Kitchens feature granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, dinette area, and even 4-season rooms. Vaulted owner’s suites include walk-in closets and bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels (many are coveted walkouts!) are complete with media rooms, bars, wine cellars and exercise rooms.
Homes are serviced by well water and septic systems.
Attached side-entry garages accommodate 3-5 cars.
Backyards feature patios and/or composite decks, fireplaces or fire pits, and in-ground pools.
Homesites mainly range from 2.3 to 5.5 acres, but there are some homes with lots measuring between 7 and 8.6 acres.
Lots have varied landcover, ranging from cleared with open vistas, to lightly treed, or partially to heavily wooded for the ultimate in natural privacy and beauty.
A number of homes have large ponds.
Several streams intersect this development, offering scenic rolling or ravined topography.
The entrance to Snowberry Ln is lined by wooden three-rail ranch-style fencing, which continues along the streets throughout this community.
Snowberry Ln ends in a permanent cul-de-sac.
As with most streets in Medina neighborhoods, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
This neighborhood is serviced by the highly-rated Highland Local School District (just a 4-5 min drive to Middle & High School), along with bussing to St. Albert the Great School and the prestigious Old Trail School.
There are no HOA fees in this development.
Highland Hills Farm is also accessible from Remsen Rd via Coventry Lakes Dr through the subdivision of Coventry Lakes.
The development of Remsen Chase is to the southeast.

Location & Nearby Amenities
Highland Hills Farm subdivision is in northeast Medina Ohio (Granger Township), near the border of Bath and Hinckley. The entrance is located off the east side of Ridge Rd, just south of Remsen Rd.
Highways are accessible in 5 min to I-271, 10 min to I-71, 12 min to I-77, and 15 min to I-80/Turnpike.
🔊NOISE: While the proximity to I-271 is convenient, the front of the development is roughly 0.5 miles southeast and be be subjected to interstate traffic noise.
Summit Mall and shopping center is only 15 min away. Anchored by Dillard’s and Macy’s, it boasts over 125 of your favorite retailers like Apple, J. The 150-acre Granger Wetlands Wildlife Sanctuary is just a 5 min drive. The Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is only 8 min away with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March. Richfield Heritage Preserve is 14 min away, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails. Bath Nature Preserve is a 16 min drive with hiking and equestrian trails, two ponds for catch-and-release fishing, sled riding, and cross country skiing. Just 17 min away is the 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
If you’re a golfer, there are a number of golf courses accessible in 20 minutes or less including Hinckley Hills, Pleasant Valley, Ironwood, Briarwood, Bunker Hill, Seneca, and Sleepy Hollow. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re just 12 min to St. Bernard Golf Club and 13 min to Weymouth Country Club.
Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are a 20 min drive for skiing and tubing during the winter months.
