Hawks Ridge is a Pulte Homes new construction community of single-family homes and limited-maintenance cluster homes in Medina, Ohio (Montville Township).
This subdivision is located off the north side of Wedgewood Road (SR 162), roughly 0.3 miles west of Wooster Pike (SR 3). It will comprise the streets of Cooper Hawk Dr, Crested Eagle Dr, Golden Eagle Ct, Gray Hawk Ln, Northern Harrier Ct, Peregrine Ct, Sparrow Hawk Ct, and the south half of Waterbury Dr.
The 328-acre site is to be developed in 5 phases. Upon completion, the neighborhood will include approximately 250 residences.
Phases 1 & 2 will include 132 lots with 42 acres of open space.
Single-family homes are available in two-story styles. Cluster homes will include ranch homes. Additional details about these homes will be added as they become available.
Inside, Hawks Ridge homes may feature desirable amenities like LVP flooring, front entry foyers, mud halls, flex rooms (office, playroom or formal dining), and fireplaced great rooms that are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar, pantry, and dinette area or morning room. Owner’s suites (some are first-floor) include walk-in closets and bathrooms with walk-in showers and/or soaking tubs, dual sinks, and enclosed lavatories. Lower levels can be finished to include media rooms, bars, and/or exercise rooms. Attached front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Homes will be serviced by public water and sewer.
Backyards may feature custom patios and/or composite decks.
Community greenspace (yellow parcels on map above) will extend views of ponds, grassy meadows, and/or wooded backdrops.
Several streams intersect the community, which are mostly contained within greenspace.
The site has gently rolling topography with steeper slopes adjacent to streams.
There will be Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Hawks Ridge.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Medina City School District. Ralph E. Waite Elementary School is only a 5 min drive.
To the north Waterbury Dr adjoins established communities of apartments, cluster homes and single-family homes, along with Fred Greenwood Park and A.I. Root Middle School.
