About Wolf Creek Reserve
Wolf Creek Reserve is a single-street community of 21 custom-built homes in Medina, Ohio (Sharon Township). Homes occupy the cul-de-sac street of Rollingwood Dr, which is located off the east side of Boneta Rd, a half-mile north of Ridgewood Rd.

Homes were constructed from 2001-2021.
Wolf Creek Reserve homes mainly range from 3,900-7,100 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3-4.5 bathrooms.
Inside, homes feature hardwood flooring, two-story foyers with turned staircases, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, formal living rooms and/or private dens with built-ins, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, and second-floor lofts or bonus rooms. Two-story or vaulted great rooms with fireplaces are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. Trayed ceiling owner’s suites include walk-in closets and bathrooms with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) are complete with media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms. Siden-entry garages accommodate 3-4 cars. Some homes also have detached garages.
Homes have well water and septic systems.
Backyards feature patios and/or composite decks, covered living areas, and fireplaces or fire pits.
Lightly treed to heavily wooded homesites are sized from 2 to 11 acres.
Numerous lots have rolling topography, allowing for walkout lower levels, with homes adjacent to Wolf Creek having steeper topography.
Six homes encircle a large pond in the center of the development for on-site row boating or stand-up paddleboarding. There is also a sizable pond between 2219 and 2241 Rollingwood Dr.
The headwaters of Wolf Creek meander through the backyards of homes along the eastern end of the subdivision. See flood information.
NOTE: For those with sensitivities or concerns about visual encumbrance, a row of distribution power lines run east-west through this community.
As with the majority of Medina streets, there are no curbs or sidewalks along Rollingwood Dr.
In addition to Rollingwood Dr, this development also includes the home at 5567 Boneta Rd.
Directly north of this development is a densely forested parcel surrounding Medina County Airport.
NOTE: This community lies approximately 1,650 feet south of a runway at Medina County Airport. As a result, homes may experience frequent noise disturbances from aircraft take-offs and landings.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Highland Local School District along with bussing to St. Albert the Great School and the prestigious Old Trail School.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Wolf Creek Reserve.
Other nearby developments include Bonnie Glen and Meadow View.
