About Lexington Ridge
Lexington Ridge is a community of single-family and limited-maintenance cluster homes with a pool, playground, clubhouse, and fitness center, and walkable to the neighborhood Elementary School. This subdivision is located in Medina, Ohio (Montville Township), a half-mile north of Sharon Copley Rd, off the west side of Wadsworth Rd.

The single-family homes of Lexington Ridge encompass the east end of Lexington Ridge Dr (up to house number 4648) and the cul-de-sac streets of Churchill Way, Derby Dr, Furlong Dr, Pimlico Cir, Secretariat Ct, and Triple Crown Dr.
These 205 single-family homes were built between 2000-2007.
These two-story homes range from 2,100-5,100 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4 bathrooms.
Inside, homes feature hardwood flooring, two-story foyers with turned staircases, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, formal living rooms, private dens, and laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets. Great rooms (some are vaulted) with fireplaces are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, pantry, and dinette area or vaulted morning room. Owner’s suites include vaulted or tray ceilings, walk-in closets, and bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) are complete with media rooms, billiard areas, bars, and exercise rooms.
Homes are serviced by public water and sewer.
Attached garages, most of which are front-entry, accommodate 2-3 cars.
Backyards feature custom patios and/or composite decks, covered living areas, and fireplaces or fire pits.
Homesites range from 0.32 to 0.53 acres with ≥72′ frontage and approximately 50′ setbacks from the street.
Most lots are cleared so that privacy is achieved with strategically planted trees. Some lots have lightly treed backyards.
Nearly every home in Lexington Ridge is surrounded by 60 acres of common area (designated in yellow on above map), much of it wooded.
The main entrance to Lexington Ridge Dr from Wadsworth Rd is flanked on both sides by landscape beds with shrubs, mature trees, masonry signage, and white split-rail fencing that continues into the community.
This development is also accessible from Wooster Pike through the adjoining community of Northampton Highland Estates.
Unlike many of the neighborhood streets in Medina, there are curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Cul-de-sacs are enhanced by lovely landscaped islands.
All mailboxes are of the same color and design, bringing uniformity to the streetscape.
The clubhouse, fitness center, playground and pool are located at 4367 Lexington Ridge Dr.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Medina City School District and H.G. Blake Elementary is conveniently located within the neighborhood (all homes are within a 6 min bike ride).
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for Lexington Ridge are approximately $500 annually.
Other nearby developments include Fairfax Meadows (opposite side of Wadsworth Rd), Montville Farms, and The Preserve at Trillium Creek.

Austin Badger Park is 6 min away, which offers outdoor fitness stations, first-class mountain bike trails with ramps and biking accouterments, a coffee shop with mountain bike and snowshoe rental, and miles of paved trails that extend into two adjoining nature preserves. Fred Greenwood Park, with a large pavilion, walking trail, playground, and splash pad is a 6 min drive. It’s 11 min to Carolyn Ludwig Mugrage Park with green space, two miles of trails, a large playground, fishing pond, and a spacious fenced dog run. Lake Medina is 13 min away for hiking, fishing, canoeing, and cross-country skiing.
There are a number of golf courses accessible in 20 minutes or less including Bunker Hill, Loyal Oak, Pine Valley, Pleasant Valley, Rawiga Golf Club, Ridge Top, and Shale Creek.
