About Cobblestone Park Homes
Cobblestone Park is a large community of 326 single-family homes in Medina, Ohio (Montville Township) adjacent to Fox Meadow Country Club and walkable to the Elementary School and park.
This subdivision is located near the northeast intersection of Wooster Pike Rd (SR 3) and Poe Rd. It comprises the streets of Brownstone Ln, Cobblefield Dr, Cobblestone Park Dr, Hearthstone Way, Honeystone Cir, Luckystone Way, Pebble Ct, Ridgestone Way, Riverrock Way, Rubystone Ln, Soapstone Dr, Shale Ct, Silverstone Ln, Stoneyridge Dr, and the south end of Highland Meadows Dr (house numbers 6389-6458).

The majority of Cobblestone Park single-family homes were built from 2005-2017 by both production builders and custom home builders including Beccia Family Homes, Pelton Design & Construction (PDC), Ryan Homes, Sturgess Construction, and Unmistakably Premier Homes.
The final phase of 40 homes (Phases 3B and 4C), also known as Cobblestone Estates, was constructed by Ryan Homes between 2024-2025.
Facades are mainly vinyl siding with brick/stone accents, but there are some full brick fronts.
Homes include ranch and two-story styles that range from 1,300-5,400 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-4 bathrooms.
Inside, homes feature desirable amenities like hardwood flooring, two-story foyers with turned staircases, formal dining rooms, private dens, laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets. Great rooms (some are two-story) with fireplaces are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, and dinette area or morning room. Owner’s suites (some are first-floor) include walk-in closets and bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels are complete with media rooms, billiard areas, bars, and exercise rooms. Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Homes are serviced by public water and sewer.
Homesites range from 0.22 to 0.65 acres. Aside from its northwest corner, where homes have roughly 65′ street frontage, most lots have 75′ to 95′ frontage.
The majority of lots are cleared, but there are some with treed backyards.
Backyards may feature custom patios and/or composite decks and even fire pits.
Community greenspace (yellow parcels on map above) includes grassy meadows, tree cover, and ponds.

There are two entrance streets, Cobblefield Dr off the north side of Poe Rd and Cobblestone Park Dr (aka Cobblestone Dr) off the east side of Wooster Pike Rd. The main entrance of Cobblefield Dr has a landscaped divided median and is flanked on both sides by landscape beds with masonry pillars and black metal fencing.
Unlike many of Medina’s neighborhoods, this community has curbs and sidewalks. Streets are illuminated by driveway lamp posts and lantern-style streetlights. Cul-de-sacs are enhanced by landscaped islands.
Mailboxes are the same design, bringing uniformity to the streetscape.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Medina City School District. Ralph E. Waite Elementary School is directly accessible through this development via the park’s pedestrian walkway or the driveway off Cobblestone Dr. The school’s adjoining 39-acre Cobblestone Park is directly accessible via the pedestrian walkway off Riverrock Way. The park has picnic pavilions, a one-mile hiking trail, and baseball and lacrosse fields. Youth teams utilize the ball fields during the spring and summer seasons.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for Cobblestone Park are approximately $385 annually.
This family-friendly community allows playsets, sandboxes, swimming pools, and gardens in backyards. Backyard fences and storage sheds require approval and adherence to Declarations. View HOA documents.
The east and northeast ends of the development border the Golf Course or the residences of Fox Meadow.
Cobblestone Park adjoins Highland Meadows to the north, which has its own entrance off Sharon Copley Rd.

It’s 12 min to Carolyn Ludwig Mugrage Park with green space, two miles of trails, a large playground, fishing pond, and a spacious fenced dog run. Lake Medina is 16 min away for hiking, fishing, canoeing, and cross-country skiing.
There are a number of golf courses accessible in 20 minutes or less including Pine Valley, Pleasant Valley, Bunker Hill, Rawiga Golf Club, Ridge Top, Rawiga Golf Club, and Loyal Oak.
In addition to the neighboring Fox Meadow Country Club, it’s 5 min to Medina Country Club.
Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are a 35 min drive for skiing and tubing during the winter months.
