The Clusters of Montville Lakes is a community of 56 single-story cluster homes in Medina, Ohio (Montville Township) with greenspace and access to adjacent nature preserves.
This subdivision is located within Montville Lakes, off the south side of Ridgewood Rd, between River Styx and Windfall Roads. These cluster homes comprise the cul-de-sac streets of Alfred Oval, Jason Oval, Lauren Oval, Lindsey Oval and Lisa Oval.
The Clusters of Montville Lakes were constructed between 1995-2001.
These ranch homes range from 1,320-3,188 square feet with 2-4 bedrooms (most are 2 beds) and 2-3 bathrooms.
Homes are arranged in rows of two or three units.
Floorplans may include hardwood or LVP flooring, laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, private dens with glass-paned french doors, fireplaced great rooms with vaulted ceilings and formal dining areas, 3-season porches, and kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bars, and dinette areas. A tributary of the West Branch of the Rocky River meanders around the southern end of Lindsey Oval, offering scenic rolling topography.
A paved trail off the south side of Arlyne Ln leads to the three adjoined nature preserves (designated in green on above and below maps) with exercise stations, paved trails, and mountain bike trails.
The entrance street of Bonnie Ct is off the west side of Arlyne Ln. The entrance to Bonnie Ct is flanked on the left side by a landscaped bed with masonry signage.
Cul-de-sacs are enhanced with grassy islands with evergreens and garden stone surround.
While there are no sidewalks along these streets, there are sidewalks throughout the single-family homes.
🔊NOISE: With I-71 roughly 300 feet from the west side of the subdivision and the Wheeling & Lake Erie Railroad ¼ mile south, this subdivision may experience noise disturbances.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for Clusters of Montville Lakes are approximately $175 annually plus $140 monthly, which includes landscaping and snow removal.
This neighborhood is serviced by the highly-rated Highland Local School District.

Lake Medina is also 11 min away for hiking, fishing, canoeing, and cross-country skiing. The Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is 15 min away with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges.
