Chestnut Hill is a community of 25 custom-built single-family luxury homes with 2-acre lots in Montville Township of Medina, Ohio.
This development is located off the east side of Wadsworth Rd, at the terminus of Tower Rd, and comprises the cul-de-sac street of Chestnut Hill Dr, one home on Jenna Ct (house number 7098), and three homes on Wadsworth Rd (house numbers 7181, 7191 & 7095).


Chestnut Hill homes were constructed from 1999-2004, with the most recent home built in 2019. Builders include Dutch Heritage, Greco Building Group, Modern Home Concepts and Schumacher.
Homes include ranch and two-story floorplans ranging from 2,300-3,800 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-4 bathrooms.
Inside, these homes feature hardwood or LVP flooring, first floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, two-story foyers with turned staircases, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, private dens with glass-paned french doors and/or flex rooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some with two-story or vaulted ceilings) that are open to kitchens offering granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island with breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, and a windowed or bayed dinette area. Owner’s suites feature spacious walk-in closets, and oversized bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking or jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commodes. Second-levels may have lofts or bonus rooms. Lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) may be finished with media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms.
Attached side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Homes have well water and septic tanks.
Backyards present sprawling custom patios and/or decks.
Backyard sheds, playsets, gardens, and in-ground pools are permitted.
