Arbor Lakes is a community of 59 limited-maintenance cluster homes within the subdivision of Cobblestone Park in Medina, Ohio (Montville Township), conveniently walkable to the Elementary School and a park.

Arbor Lakes is located off the south side of Cobblestone Park Dr (aka Cobblestone Dr), which is off the east side of Wooster Pike Rd (SR 3), between Sharon Copley (SR 162) and Poe Roads. The subdivision occupies the streets of Lavender Ln, Lilac Trl, Morning Glory Ln, Primrose Path, and Wisteria Ln.


Arbor Lakes cluster homes were built between 2005-2017.
Facades are styled with vinyl siding and brick/stone accents.
These residences include ranch and two-story styles ranging from 1,300-3,400 square feet with 2-3 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms.
Inside, these homes feature desirable amenities like hardwood or LVP flooring, side-by-side-capacity laundry rooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some are two-story or vaulted) that open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, a center island, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. Owner’s suites (some are first-floor) include walk-in closets and bathrooms with walk-in showers, dual sinks, and enclosed lavatories. Foundations are either slab or full basements. Finished lower levels may include media rooms, billiard areas, bars, and/or exercise rooms. Attached front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Homes are serviced by public water and sewer.
Backyards may feature custom patios and/or composite decks.
Homesites are sized from 0.05 to 0.13 acres.
Arbor Lakes cluster homes are surrounded by 13.67 acres of community greenspace (yellow area on above-illustrated map), offering views of grassy meadows, trees, and/or fountained ponds.
A row of evergreens or wooded greenspace along the perimeter of the development provides privacy from surrounding parcels.

The entrance streets of Morning Glory Ln and Wisteria Ln are flanked by landscape beds with curved masonry signage walls. Both Morning Glory Ln and Wisteria Ln have a knuckle cul-de-sac with a grassy island and parking pads.
Arbor Lakes is also accessible through Highland Meadows from Sharon Copley Rd or from Poe Rd through the southern entrance to Cobblestone Park.
As with most cluster home communities, there are no sidewalks. However, there are sidewalks throughout the adjoining Cobblestone Park development.
Post is conveniently delivered to individual mailboxes at the end of each driveway.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Medina City School District. Ralph E. Waite Elementary School is directly accessible via the walkway off Riverrock Way or the driveway off Cobblestone Dr.

The park has picnic pavilions, a one-mile hiking trail, and baseball and lacrosse fields. Fred Greenwood Park is a 5 min drive, which has a large pavilion, walking trail, playground, and splash pad . Austin Badger Park is 6 min away, which offers outdoor fitness stations, first-class mountain bike trails with ramps and biking accouterments, a coffee shop with mountain bike and snowshoe rental, and miles of paved trails that extend into two adjoining nature preserves. It’s 12 min to Carolyn Ludwig Mugrage Park with green space, two miles of trails, a large playground, fishing pond, and a spacious fenced dog run. Lake Medina is 16 min away for hiking, fishing, canoeing, and cross-country skiing.
There are a number of golf courses accessible in 20 minutes or less including Pine Valley, Pleasant Valley, Bunker Hill, Rawiga Golf Club, Ridge Top, Rawiga Golf Club, and Loyal Oak.
Fox Meadow’s Country Club & Golf Course is just a 5 min drive through the neighboring residential community. Medina Country Club is also 5 min away.
Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are a 35 min drive for skiing and tubing during the winter months.
