The Estates of Westlake, Ohio is a luxury single-family home community of roughly 170 homes. It was built by custom builders including Custom Homes & Development EFG Company and Kopf Builders between 1992 and 2021. Many homes have since been updated or renovated.

The Estates is located between Hilliard Blvd and Schwartz Rd, on the eastern side of Crocker Rd in Westlake, Ohio.
The community is ideally situated 1.5 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate traffic noise, but still accessible in under 10 minutes.

Just down the street is Bradley Nature Park—a 20-acre park located on Bradley Road just south of Hilliard Blvd. The park features a sledding hill, a tot playground, a pavilion, picnic tables and grills, a nature trail and restroom facilities.
If you’re a golfer, you are less than 15 minutes from an array of courses: 6 min to Meadowood and Hilliard Lakes; 9 min to Springvale and North Olmsted Golf Club; 10 min to Red Tail; and 12 min to Bob-O-Link Golf Course and Sweetbriar.
Boaters will feel right at home at The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation.
