The Estates of Westlake Ohio is an upscale community of roughly 180 luxury homes with a private pool and tennis courts next to the city’s Recreation Center. Homes were constructed by custom builders including Custom Homes & Development EFG Company and Kopf Builders from 1992-2022. Many homes have since been updated or renovated.
These stunning colonial homes mainly range from 3,130-10,143 square feet, with 4–6 bedrooms and 3.5–5.5 bathrooms.
Facades include stately traditional full-brick (many with full-brick surround!), contemporary designs, French Normandy, English cottage, and modern farmhouse styles.

The eastern end of the community abuts a wooded parcel surroundingthe Westlake Recreation Center and Senior Center.

In addition to its entrance streets, The Estates also encompasses the streets of Regency Cir, Notingham Ct, Grande Ct, Regency Pl, Weybridge Dr, Chatham Ct, King Arthur Ct, Hampshire Pl, N Windsor Ct, and S Windsor Ct – eight of which have cul-de-sacs! All street names reference landmarks or the history of England.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at The Estates are approximately $1,200 annually.

Convenient Location
The Estates of Westlake Ohio is located on the eastern side of Crocker Rd, between Hilliard Blvd and Schwartz Rd.
The community is ideally situated 1.5 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate traffic noise, but still accessible in under 10 minutes.
The Estates is just 5 minutes from Crocker Park—the best shopping on the west side of Cleveland—a 75-acre, open-air collection of restaurants, retail, entertainment & leisure. Additional retail and dining is available at Avon Commons.
Directly east of the community is Westlake’s state-of-the-art Recreation Center! The 86-acre outdoor complex includes 2 baseball/softball fields, soccer fields, tennis courts, fishing pond with dock, playground, gazebo, picnic area, paved outdoor trail, and plenty of green space for your enjoyment. Inside the facility, there’s a 13,500 square foot fitness room, 2 group exercise rooms, 2 high school-sized regulation basketball courts, cycling studio, elevated rubber running track, locker rooms with saunas, childcare, and community/conference/class/craft rooms. The indoor aquatics center houses 5 pools including a lap pool, a diving well, a children’s play pool, a lazy river, and slides.
Should you want to venture out from The Estates’ community pool, the Westlake Aquatic Center in Clague Park offers five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area. Clague Park also hosts the city’s Fourth of July fireworks display.
Just down the street is Bradley Nature Park—a 20-acre park located on Bradley Road just south of Hilliard Blvd. The park features a sledding hill, a tot playground, a pavilion, picnic tables and grills, a nature trail and restroom facilities.
If you’re a golfer, you are less than 15 minutes from an array of courses: 6 min to Meadowood and Hilliard Lakes; 9 min to Springvale and North Olmsted Golf Club; 10 min to Red Tail; and 12 min to Bob-O-Link Golf Course and Sweetbriar.
There are several private clubs nearby: Lakewood Country Club is 6 min northwest, Avon Oaks Country Club is 9 min northwest, and Westwood Country Club is 14 min east.
Boaters will feel right at home at The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation. Home to more than 300 sail and powerboats, CYC is known for its beautiful setting, first-class facilities and family-friendly atmosphere. CYC is located on its own island at the mouth of Rocky River, nine miles west of downtown Cleveland.
Or if you desire a day at the beach, Huntington Reservation on Lake Erie is only 14 mins away!
