Parkway Crossing is a community of 144 limited-maintenance townhouses surrounded by extensive woodlands in northern Westlake, Ohio, located west of Cahoon Rd off Westchester Pkwy.
The subdivision is divided into three sections. Phase I (SE section) encompasses the streets of Bayberry Ct, Serviceberry Ct, and Woodside Dr. Phase 2 (SW section) includes Ironwood Ct, S Greenway Dr, and S Parkside Dr. Phase 3 (northern section) comprises Birchwood Ct, N Greenway Dr, and N Parkside Dr.


These townhomes were built exclusively by Pulte Homes between 2020-2023.
Pulte offered two 2-story floorplans ranging from 1,854-2,054 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
NOTE: These floorplans are identical to those in Hope Pointe Place, located roughly 1.2 miles south on Detroit Rd.
Facades are similarly styled with a combination of horizontal and shake siding, stone veneer accents, and white rake board/fascia trim and window trim.
First floors feature hard-surface flooring, a designated front entry hall, a mud hall with a coat closet and optional boot bench, a half bath, and an open-concept living area with a great room that opens to the kitchen offering quartz or granite countertops, a center island with pendant lighting and breakfast bar, pantry, dining area, and even a sunroom in some floorplans.
The second floor has two hall closets, two guest bedrooms, a full bath, a side-by-side capacity laundry room, and the owner’s suite (optional tray ceiling) with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a dual sink vanity, tiled walk-in shower, and linen closet.
Foundations are slab-on-ground (no basement).
Front-entry garages accommodate 2 cars and have windowed garage doors for natural light.
Backyard patios have privacy panels between neighboring yards.
Parkway Crossing townhomes are surrounded by 23.62 acres of HOA-owned common space, most of it forested for lush views and extended privacy. Large fountained ponds offer shimmering water views to surrounding townhouses.

Each entrance has signage and stacked stone pillar signage with black aluminum picket point fencing.
Streets are enhanced by sidewalks (excluding Bayberry Ct and Serviceberry Ct), curbs, streetlights, street trees, and visitor parking pads.
Mail is delivered to cluster box units.
Train tracks run just north of Phase 3 (north side of Westchester Pkwy).
Phase I townhouses (SE section) abut Huntington Woods Nursing Home to the east and the Woods of Westlake subdivision to the south. Phase 2 (SW section) is bordered to the south by an industrial park. The east end of Phase 3 (northern section) backs to Westchester Townhomes Rental Homes; the west end abuts 60.88 acres of city-owned land, 13.7 acres of which is Roman Park.
Parkway Crossing Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees are approximately $140/month, which includes snow removal, mowing and landscaping.

Parkway Crossing Townhomes are located in northern Westlake Ohio, west of Cahoon Rd off Westchester Pkwy.
With I-90 just a 6 min drive, commuting east/west is a breeze!
It is less than 10 minutes from Crocker Park—the best shopping on the west side of Cleveland—a 75-acre, open-air collection of restaurants, retail, entertainment & leisure. Additional retail and dining is available at Avon Commons, Westwood Shopping Plaza, Westgate Shopping Center, and Great Northern Mall (all only 12-15 min away).
The city of Westlake has a state-of-the-art Recreation Center just 9 min away. The 86-acre outdoor park complex includes 2 baseball/softball fields, soccer fields, tennis courts, fishing pond with dock, playground, gazebo, picnic area, 1.2-mile paved outdoor trail, and plenty of green space for your enjoyment. Clague Park (10 min drive), which hosts the city’s 4th of July fireworks display, has ball fields/courts, picnic pavilions, walking trails, a duck pond, and the new Westlake Aquatic Center . It offers five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area. Tri-City Park (9 min) has ball fields/courses, picnic pavilion, playground, and restroom facilities. The Metroparks’ Bradley Woods Reservation is a 12 min drive. It offers 828 acres of dense forests, 2+ miles of hiking trails, a walking path surrounding a fishing lake, picnic pavilion, greenspace, and monarch butterfly waystation.
