The established development of Devonshire Estates in Westlake Ohio was built between 1990 and 2002. This community of 39 luxury homes was custom-built by builders including Rustivo. Many homes have since been updated and renovated.
Devonshire homes are mainly stately two-story colonials, but there are a few ranch styles. Homes range in size from 2,878 to 6,419 square feet, with 3–5 bedrooms and 2.5–4.5 bathrooms.

There are two entrances to Devonshire Estates from Hilliard Blvd – both from the horseshoe-shaped Devonshire Oval. The community also encompasses the cul-de-sac of Essex Ct. and eleven homes facing Hilliard Blvd.
This community has curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Devonshire Estates are approximately $375 annually.
Devonshire is northeast of the prestigious Chairmans Rowe development.

The subdivision of Devonshire Estates is located off Hilliard Road, at the southwest intersection of Crocker Rd. This western section of Westlake is a quiet, residential area of high-end single-family home subdivisions nestled amongst parks and golf courses.
The community is ideally situated 1.5 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate traffic noise, but still accessible in less than 10 minutes.

Boaters will feel right at home at The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation. Home to more than 300 sail and powerboats, CYC is known for its beautiful setting, first-class facilities and family-friendly atmosphere. CYC is located on its own island at the mouth of Rocky River, nine miles west of downtown Cleveland.
