Pebblebrook is an upscale community of single-family luxury homes and townhouses off Center Ridge Rd in eastern Westlake Ohio. The northernmost section of the development directly off Center Ridge Rd is the condo community; the luxury homes of Pebblebrook Estates are located directly south.
Pebblebrook Estates Luxury Homes

Pebblebrook Estates is a collection of 24 stunning luxury homes, custom-built by Restifo between 1983 and 1998. Most homes have since had interior renovations to incorporate modern convenience with old-world charm.

Pebblebrook Estates encompasses the southern portion and cul-de-sac of Pebblebrook Drive, six homes on Beaver Creek, and two homes on Fox Run. The community has curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Pebblebrook Estates is accessible through adjoining subdivisions: through the Pebblebrook condo community via Fallen Oak or Pebblebrook Dr from Center Ridge Rd, or through Quail Hollow to the south from Clague Rd.
The east side of this development abuts The Reserve at Fox Run.

Pebblebrook Luxury Townhouses

Pebblebrook Condo Association fees are approximately $392/month, which includes landscaping and snow removal.
Directly east are the townhomes of Westin Pointe.
Across Center Ridge Rd is the detached luxury cluster community of Acadia Trace.

Convenient Location
Pebblebrook is located west of Clague Rd, off Center Ridge Rd. This easternmost section of Westlake that borders Rocky River offers the trifecta of quick access to I-90, local retail, and numerous nearby parks.
The community is ideally situated 1.3 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate congestion and traffic noise, but still accessible in under 10 minutes.
Retail is conveniently only 5 minutes east at Westwood Shopping Plaza and Westgate Shopping Center. Even more shopping and dining at Great Northern is only 12 min away.
As for nearby parks, there are several. Tri-City Park and Clague Park are each only a 4 min drive. Tri-City has ball fields/courses, picnic pavilion, playground, and restroom facilities. Clague Park, which hosts the city’s 4th of July fireworks display, has ball fields/courts, picnic pavilions, walking trails, and a duck pond. The new Westlake Aquatic Center is also located in Clague Park. It offers five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area.
The Metroparks Rocky River Reservation is just 10 minutes away, offering 2,520 acres with picnic areas, play areas, sledding hills, ball fields, nature trails, paved trails, nature center, stables and bridle trails, marina, fishing areas, boat rentals, waterfalls and lagoons, and three golf courses.

Boaters will feel right at home at The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation.
