Pebblebrook Estates is accessible through adjoining subdivisions: through the Pebblebrook condo community via Fallen Oak or Pebblebrook Dr from Center Ridge Rd, or through Quail Hollow to the south from Clague Rd.

Convenient Location

Pebblebrook is located west of Clague Rd, off Center Ridge Rd. This easternmost section of Westlake that borders Rocky River offers the trifecta of quick access to I-90, local retail, and numerous nearby parks.

The community is ideally situated 1.3 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate congestion and traffic noise, but still accessible in under 10 minutes.

Retail is conveniently only 5 minutes east at Westwood Shopping Plaza and Westgate Shopping Center. Even more shopping and dining at Great Northern is only 12 min away.

As for nearby parks, there are several. Tri-City Park and Clague Park are each only a 4 min drive. Tri-City has ball fields/courses, picnic pavilion, playground, and restroom facilities. Clague Park, which hosts the city’s 4th of July fireworks display, has ball fields/courts, picnic pavilions, walking trails, and a duck pond. The new Westlake Aquatic Center is also located in Clague Park.
