Quail Hollow is a collection of 65 luxury homes off Clague Rd. They were custom-built by Valore between 1985 and 1995. Many homes have since had interior renovations to incorporate today’s decor.
Homes were designed with timeless brick-front facades and even some with full-brick exteriors.
Quail Hollow colonial homes range in size from 3,500-8,500+ square feet, with 3–6 bedrooms and 3.5–6.5+ bathrooms.
Coveted features include hardwood and marble flooring, custom architectural millwork, top-of-the-line appliances and fixtures, zoned temperature control, Pella windows, multiple fireplaces, and curved staircases. Principal rooms include laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, grand 2-story foyers, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms, private dens with custom built-ins, sunrooms, two-story fireplaced great rooms, and kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, center islands with seating, walk-in pantries, dinettes, and even butler’s pantries. Owner’s suites have sitting areas, walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks/vanities, walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, and enclosed commodes. Enviable walk-out lower levels have workout rooms, wine cellars, bars, saunas, and garage-to-basement stairs. Attached side-entry garages enhance curb appeal and accommodate 3-4 cars.
Lots are meticulously landscaped and offer maximum privacy with mature trees in the front yard, as well as wooded backyards. Private backyards include lush landscaping with custom patios, decks and even outdoor kitchens. There are six homesites with especially serene views overlooking a pond. There are a few homes in Quail Hollow with private pools and one with its own tennis court.
Quail Hollow is connected to several high-end subdivisions to the north: Pebblebrook and The Reserve at Fox Run.
There is a direct entrance to the community via Quail Hollow from Clague Rd. The entrance has a landscaped divided median flanked on both sides by hedged red brick pillar signage topped with spherical capping stones.
In addition to the entrance/main street, the community also encompasses the streets of Wingedfoot Dr, Interlachen Ln, and a few homes on Beaver Creek.
The development is also accessible from the Pebblebrook entrances off Center Ridge Rd.
The community has curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Quail Hollow Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees are approximately $300 annually.

Convenient Location
Quail Hollow is located off Clague Rd, south of Center Ridge Rd and north of Westwood Ave. This easternmost section of Westlake that borders Rocky River offers the trifecta of quick access to I-90, local retail, and numerous nearby parks.
The community is ideally situated 1.6 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate congestion and traffic noise, but still accessible in under 10 minutes.
Retail is conveniently only 5 minutes east at Westwood Shopping Plaza and Westgate Shopping Center. Even more shopping and dining at Great Northern is only 11 min away.
As for nearby parks, there are several. Tri-City Park and Clague Park are each only a 4 min drive. Tri-City has ball fields/courses, picnic pavilion, playground, and restroom facilities. Clague Park, which hosts the city’s 4th of July fireworks display, has ball fields/courts, picnic pavilions, walking trails, and a duck pond. The new Westlake Aquatic Center is also located in Clague Park. It offers five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area.
The Metroparks Rocky River Reservation is just 9 minutes away, offering 2,520 acres with picnic areas, play areas, sledding hills, ball fields, nature trails, paved trails, nature center, stables and bridle trails, marina, fishing areas, boat rentals, waterfalls and lagoons, and three golf courses.
Should you desire a day at the beach, Huntington Beach on Lake Erie is 13 mins away!
The esteemed Westwood Country Club is only 7 min to the north.
Boaters will feel right at home at The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation. Home to more than 300 sail and powerboats, CYC is known for its beautiful setting, first-class facilities and family-friendly atmosphere. CYC is located on its own island at the mouth of Rocky River, nine miles west of downtown Cleveland.
Come the end of June, you’ll be able to walk to St. Demetrios’ Greek Festival with live music and dancing, food stations with delicious Greek specialties, a vendor area and bounce house.
