The three homes that sit on the southern bend of Lands End Ln overlook a large pond with serene fountains and private boardwalk access.

Homesites are wooded and generously sized, mainly ranging from .34 to .70 acres. However, there are a few larger lots up to 1.81 acres.

Each home has an enviable side-entry garage, accommodating 2 to 4 cars. Numerous homes also have circular drives.

The entrance to Lands End off Bradley Road features a cobblestone crosswalk and a divided median. In the center is an island, which houses the burgundy brick and stone sign, surrounded by landscaping and ornamental trees. Mature trees and pines contue along either side of the street as you pass the median into the development.

Lands End encompasses two cul-de-sac streets of Lands End Ln and Planters Grove Ln, as well as Silveridge Trail, which is the main street/entrance off Bradley Rd. This street eventually becomes the connecting community of Breckenridge Estates, just before it meets at Wilderness Trail.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Lands End are approximately $450 annually.
