About Acadia Trace in Westlake
Acadia Trace in Westlake Ohio is a sophisticated collection of ten single-standing luxury cluster homes nestled around a single cul-de-sac street. These high-end cluster homes were built by Valore between 1999-2020.
Each is exquisitely landscaped and styled with stone and stucco French country elevations. Appropriately designed, Acadia was a colony of New France in northeastern North America, which included parts of what are now parts of eastern Quebec, the Maritime provinces, and a portion of the state of Maine to the Kennebec River.
The detached cluster homes in Acadia Trace are one and a half stories, and range in size from 2,900 to 6,200+ square feet with 3–4 bedrooms and 3.5–4.5+bathrooms.
Residences have zoned temperature control, open floor plans, hardwood flooring, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, soaring ceilings, private dens with built-ins, large laundry rooms, formal dining rooms, vaulted great rooms with fireplaces, and spacious kitchens with center islands and breakfast seating, and sunrooms/dinette area. First-floor owner’s suites feature sitting areas, double walk-in closets, and luxurious en-suite bathrooms with soaking tubs, and glass walk-in showers with jets/sprays. Finished basements are complete with bars, media rooms, exercise rooms, and a stairway to the garage. Oversized attached garages, either front or side-entry, accommodate 2-cars.
Private and substantially wooded backyards include stamped or paver patios. The first two homes on the west side of the street overlook a serene pond.
The cul-de-sac is enhanced with a landscaped island with a park bench for relaxing.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Acadia Trace are approximately $433/semi-annually. This includes electricity, insurance, maintenance grounds, snow removal, and water.
Upon entering Acadia Trace from Center Ridge Rd, mature pine trees and a wooded privacy fence extend along the right side of the street about 300 feet until you reach the first home.
Bordering the development to the east is Grace Baptist Church Westlake. To the west, are the residences along Horseshoe Blvd. Directly across the street are Pebblebrook Estates luxury condominiums.
Comparable cluster home developments include Century Oaks Village.
