Windsor Park Westlake Ohio

About Windsor Park in Westlake

Windsor Park is one of Westlake Ohio’s most prestigious developments. An essence of luxury is apparent the moment you approach the meticulously landscaped, regal entrance flanked with pillared stone walls. Upon entering, the towering homes of opulent stone and brick facades are styled with English Country, French Country, and Tudor architecture.

These gorgeous custom homes were designed by builders including Sareth and Pastel. Homes were built from 2006 through 2015, with a few lots still available.

Windsor Park’s stately two-story colonial homes range from 4,306 square feet to a sprawling 10,000 square feet, with 4–6 bedrooms and 4–5+ bathrooms.

These elegant homes are loaded with extravagant premium finishes and details including gleaming marble and travertine flooring, custom architectural millwork, PELLA windows, top of the line appliances and fixtures, custom-made furniture-grade cabinetry, wine cellars, guest wings, heated floors, room-sized closets with built-ins, zoned temperature control, heated 3 or 4-car side entry garages, backup generators and landscape lighting. Backyards feature lush gardens surrounding an outdoor entertaining oasis with custom patios, covered living areas, fireplaces and kitchens.

Homesites are generously sized from .51 to 1.50 acres. Each of the 18-lots features a private wooded backyard; some with pond-view and cul-de-sac homesites.

A distributary of French Creek, the largest tributary of the Black River, runs along the northern portion of the community. Living along French Creek provides a serene, natural setting and presents opportunities for fishing and wildlife-viewing of pheasants, wild turkeys, owls, herons, deer, foxes, and beavers.

Windsor Park encompasses the entrance on Downing St, as well as the streets of Oxford Cir and E Churchill Ln, which connects to the neighboring development of Hilliard Woods Estates. This community has curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
