The Reserve at Fox Run is one of the newest luxury home communities in Westlake Ohio. This collection of 14 single-family homes was built by Orley Custom Homes beginning in 2019, with a few lots still available as of 2021.

Open and spacious floor plans were designed by Tom Liggett at Arcus Group Architects. Homes range in size from 3,500–5,000+ square feet.

Stylish elevations feature 75% natural stone and/or brick complimented by stucco and/or James Hardie shingle siding.

Homes at Fox Run are situated on wooded homesites ranging from 1/3 to 1 acre.

A landscaped island anchors the cul-de-sac and a fence will surround the retention basin. 

The community encompasses 14 homes along the cul-de-sac of Fox Run.

The Reserve at Fox Run is nestled amongst several high-end subdivisions and is bordered by Tri-City park to the east, and St. Demetrios to the north.

The community is accessible through the neighboring subdivision of Pebblebrook via Pebblebrook Drive from Center Ridge Rd, or through the entrance to Quail Hollow from Clague Rd.

Convenient Location

Fox Run is south of Center Ridge Road and east of Clague Road. This easternmost section of Westlake that borders Rocky River offers the trifecta of quick access to I-90, local retail, and numerous nearby parks.

The community is ideally situated 1.5 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate congestion and traffic noise, but still accessible in under 10 minutes.

Retail is conveniently only 5 minutes east at Westwood Shopping Plaza and Westgate Shopping Center. Even more shopping and dining at Great Northern is only 12 min away.

As for nearby parks, there are several. Tri-City Park and Clague Park are each only a 4 min drive. Tri-City has ball fields/courses, picnic pavilion, playground, and restroom facilities. Clague Park, which hosts the city’s 4th of July fireworks display, has ball fields/courts, picnic pavilions, walking trails, and a duck pond. The new Westlake Aquatic Center is also located in Clague Park. It offers five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area.

The Metroparks Rocky River Reservation is just 10 minutes away, offering 2,520 acres with picnic areas, play areas, sledding hills, ball fields, nature trails, paved trails, nature center, stables and bridle trails, marina, fishing areas, boat rentals, waterfalls and lagoons, and three golf courses.  

Should you desire a day at the beach, Huntington Beach on Lake Erie is 12 mins away!

The esteemed Westwood Country Club is only 7 min north.

Boaters will feel right at home at The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation. Home to more than 300 sail and powerboats, CYC is known for its beautiful setting, first-class facilities and family-friendly atmosphere. CYC is located on its own island at the mouth of Rocky River, nine miles west of downtown Cleveland.

Come the end of June, you’ll be able to walk to St. Demetrios’ Greek Festival with live music and dancing, food stations with delicious Greek specialties, a vendor area and bounce house.

Local private schooling is available at esteemed institutions like Westshore Montessori (8 min); Magnificat High School, a Catholic all-girls college-preparatory high school located in Rocky River (5 min); Lake Ridge Academy, an esteemed K-12 co-educational college preparatory school in the neighboring suburb of North Ridgeville (26 min); St. Edward High School, a private Roman Catholic high school in Lakewood (17 min); St. Ignatius High School, a private Roman Catholic, Jesuit high school in Ohio City (18 min).

Westlake’s top-rated public schools are all nearby: 9 min to Westlake Elementary, High School, Intermediate and Lee Burneson Middle School.
