Location & Nearby Amenities
The cluster homes of Century Oaks Village are located off the south side of Hilliard Blvd between Clague Rd and Columbia Rd. This eastern section of Westlake, Ohio offers the trifecta of quick access to I-90, local retail, and numerous nearby parks.
It is ideally situated 1.3 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate noise and congestion, but still accessible in 6 minutes. You are also 11 min to I-480 and 12 min to I-71.
Retail is conveniently 7 minutes east at Westwood Shopping Plaza and Westgate Shopping Center. The sprawling upscale open-air collection of restaurants, retail and entertainment at Crocker Park (10 min) includes roughly 140 retailers, an IMAX theater, and tons of dining options. Even more shopping and dining at Great Northern Mall is 10 min away.
As for nearby parks, there are several. You are 3 min drive from Clague Park, which hosts the city’s 4th of July fireworks display, has ball fields/courts, picnic pavilions, walking trails, and a duck pond. The new Westlake Aquatic Center is also located in Clague Park. It offers five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area. Tri-City Park, 5 min away, has ball fields/courses, picnic pavilion, playground, and restroom facilities. The Metroparks Rocky River Reservation is 12 minutes away, offering 2,520 acres with picnic areas, play areas, sledding hills, ball fields, nature trails, paved trails, nature center, stables and bridle trails, marina, fishing areas, boat rentals, waterfalls and lagoons, and three golf courses.
