NOTE: Stonegate Drive is the name of the development, not the street.
The subdivision comprises the cul-de-sac street of Touchstone Cir and three homes on the north side of W Brockway Dr (house numbers 29028, 29034 & 29038).
This community is accessible through adjoining neighborhoods: from the north side of Porter Rd via Fall River Dr or from the east side of Center Ridge Rd via Chase Dr.


Homes were built by Drees Homes from 2013-2014, with the final three homes along W Brockway Dr constructed in 2024.
The two-story homes range from 3,200-4,900 square feet (including finished basements) with 4 bedrooms and 3-3.5+ bathrooms.
Most elevations are modern farmhouse/craftsman-style.
