NOTE: Stonegate Drive is the name of the development, not the street. The subdivision comprises the cul-de-sac street of Touchstone Cir and three homes on W Brockway Dr (house numbers 29028, 29034 & 29038).
Homes were built by Drees Homes from 2013-2014, with the final three homes along W Brockway Dr constructed in 2024.
Homes range from 2,500-4,900 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3-3.5+ bathrooms.
Most elevations are modern farmhouse/craftsman-style.

The subdivision of Stonegate Drive is located in southern Westlake Ohio, north of Porter Rd and east of Center Ridge Rd, near the border of North Olmsted. This is a quiet residential section of the city, away from interstates and major retail areas.
