Hilliard Oak Estates in Westlake Ohio is a community of 77 homes constructed from 1986-1992 by builders including C. J. Tom Builders. Most homes have since been updated.
These colonial and cape cod homes are styled from traditional to contemporary with vinyl, cedar, brick, and/or stucco facades. There are a few homes with full brick surround.
Homes range from 2,300-4,500 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.

Owner’s suites include walk-in closets and en-suite baths with walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Finished lower levels are complete with media rooms, kitchenettes, bars, exercise rooms, and storage rooms. Homes offer attached 2-3 car front or side-entry garages.
Backyards feature decks and/or patios and fire pits.
Wooded homesites are sized from .34 to .75 acres.
Hilliard Oak Estates encompasses three unconnected cul-de-sac streets (Hilliard Oak Ln, Northwood Ln, and Wood Oak Cir), a few homes on Hilliard Ct, as well as homes along Hilliard Blvd and Schwartz Rd.
The cul-de-sac streets have a landscaped island in the center and curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street. There are also sidewalks along the homes on Hilliard and Schwartz roads.
Northwood Ln is bordered to the east by St Ives. The community of Royal Woods borders Northwood Ln to the west and Wood Oak Cir to the north. Hilliard Oak Ln is bordered to the north by Chairmans Rowe.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Hilliard Oak Estates.

Convenient Location
Hilliard Oak Estates is located off Schwartz and Hilliard roads. This western section of Westlake, close to the Avon border, is a quiet, residential area of high-end single-family home subdivisions nestled amongst parks and golf courses.
The community is ideally situated 1.7 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate traffic noise, but still accessible in less than 10 minutes.
It is just over a mile to Crocker Park—the best shopping on the west side of Cleveland—a 75-acre, open-air collection of restaurants, retail, entertainment & leisure. Additional retail and dining is available at Avon Commons.
If you’re a golfer, there is an array of courses nearby: 3 min to Hilliard Lakes, 5 min to Meadowood, 7 min to Red Tail, 9 min to Bob-O-Link Golf Course, and 11 min to Sweetbriar, Springvale and North Olmsted Golf Club.
There are several distinguished clubs nearby: 3 min to Lakewood Country Club, 6 min to Avon Oaks Country Club, 13 min to Westwood Country Club.
Boaters will feel right at home at The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation. Home to more than 300 sail and powerboats, CYC is known for its beautiful setting, first-class facilities and family-friendly atmosphere. CYC is located on its own island at the mouth of Rocky River, nine miles west of downtown Cleveland.
A day at Huntington Beach in Bay Village is only 11 minutes away.
Just around the corner is Bradley Nature Park—a 20-acre park located on Bradley Road just south of Hilliard Blvd. The park features a sledding hill, a tot playground, a pavilion, picnic tables and grills, a nature trail and restroom facilities.

The city pool, Westlake Aquatic Center, in Clague Park offers five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area.
Local private schooling is available at esteemed institutions like Westshore Montessori (7 min); Magnificat High School, a Catholic all-girls college-preparatory high school located in Rocky River (14 min); Lake Ridge Academy, an esteemed K-12 co-educational college preparatory school in the neighboring suburb of North Ridgeville (20 min); St. Edward High School, a private Roman Catholic high school in Lakewood (20 min); St. Ignatius High School, a private Roman Catholic, Jesuit high school in Ohio City (22 min).
