Mills Pointe townhomes were constructed between 2022-2023 by Drees Homes.

Facades are styled as modern farmhouse with white siding, black windows and trim, and black metal eyebrow roofs.

First floors feature 10′ ceilings, hard-surface flooring, a garage-entry bench, half bath, and open-concept living area with a great room, dining area, and kitchen that includes abundant cabinetry, quartz or granite countertops, and a center island with 4-seater breakfast bar.

Second floor includes 9’ ceilings, 2 guest bedrooms with walk-in closets, a full bath off the hallway, and a side-by-side capacity laundry room. Spacious owner’s suite have a walk-in closet and private bathroom with a dual sink vanity and tiled walk-in shower. Larger units have a small loft area with an optional built-in desk.

Full basements have 9’ ceilings. Finished lower levels may include a recreation room and a full or half bath.

Private enclosed courtyards off the front entry provide an outdoor gathering space.

Aside from the three units at the back of the community, which share a motor court (no driveways), townhomes have individual driveways leading to rear-entry garages that accommodate 2 cars.

The entrance to Mills Pointe Way is off the east side of Mills Rd, roughly 150′ north of Center Ridge Rd . The entrance is flanked by landscaped beds and a stone-pillared entrance sign.

The street includes curbs, lantern-style streetlights, and visitor parking spaces. There’s also a charming gazebo in the center of the community.

Paved walkways lead from the units to the sidewalks along Center Ridge Rd.

As a single-street community, traffic on Mills Pointe Way is limited to residents and their guests. 

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Mills Pointe Townhomes are approximately $150/month, which includes lawn care and snow removal.

Bordering Mills Pointe to the northeast are the homes of Prestwick Crossing.
