About Country Club Estates in Westlake
Country Club Estates is a community of roughly 110 custom-built masonry-front luxury homes located in the sought-after western section of Westlake, Ohio, directly across the street from the esteemed Lakewood Country Club.
This subdivision is located off the west side of Bradly Road, just north of Schwartz Road. It comprises the residential streets of Doral Ln, Inverness Cir, Bellerive Ct, Merion Ct, Oakmont Cir, Pebble Beach Oval, Pinehurst Dr, Riviera Ln, Sawgrass Ln, and two homes on Bradley Rd (house numbers 2640 & 2680).
Fun fact: Streets are named after championship golf courses.


These custom-built homes were constructed exclusively by Bennett Builders in eight phases from 1987-2024.
The homes of Country Club Estates are sure to astound you with beautiful curb appeal. Facades feature Colonial Revival, Contemporary, European-inspired, Transitional, and Tudor architecture, primarily constructed with full brick/stone.
These two-story homes range from 3,600-8,400 square feet (including finished basements) with 4-5 bedrooms and 3-5.5+ bathrooms.
Being that Country Club Estates homes were custom-built over 37 years, amenities and floorplans will vary.
Amenities and premium features typically include hardwood flooring, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, mudrooms or mud halls, formal dining rooms, formal living/flex rooms and/or private dens with french doors, fireplaced great rooms (many are vaulted or two-story!), and kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a center island with breakfast bar, a pantry, and dinette area.
Spacious first or second-floor owner’s suites feature vaulted or trayed ceilings, walk-in closets, and en suite bathrooms with dual sinks/vanities, a tiled walk-in shower, soaking/jetted tub, and enclosed commode.
First or second-floor laundry rooms include cabinets.
Finished lower levels (a couple of homes are coveted walkouts) include rec rooms with bars, billiards areas, media/theater rooms, and exercise rooms.
Side-load garages accommodate 2-3 cars and maximize curb appeal.
Some homes have a circular driveway for guest parking and unobstructed garage access.
Lots are generously sized, measuring 90′ to 115′ wide and ranging from 0.35 to 0.95 acres. There are also two homes on double lots totaling 1.37 and 1.53 acres.
Many homesites have private treed backyards.
Outdoor living is enhanced with custom decks, patios, and fire pits.
⚠️Several homes along the north side of Pebble Beach Oval (north end of the development) have the added serenity of abutting Porter Creek and a large pond. Homes near this waterway may have nearby floodways or flood hazards. View FEMA Flood Map.
A 1.06-acre HOA-owned common area parcel houses a detention basin (designated in yellow on illustrated map above).

There are three entrances, each off Bradly Road: Doral Ln, Riviera Ln, and Sawgrass Ln. Entrances are flanked by brick gazebos with signage walls and/or lush landscaping.
Streets are lined by lantern-style streetlights, street trees, curbs, and sidewalks.
Bellerive Ct, Inverness Cir, Merion Ct, Oakmont Cir, and Pebble Beach Oval have cul-de-sacs enhanced with landscaped islands.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Country Club Estates are approximately $200 annually.
To the west, Country Club Estates adjoins the subdivision of Lake Forest via Walnut Point Dr and Hunters Creek Dr.
Bordering the north end of Pebble Beach Oval is Lands End South.

The subdivision of Country Club Estates is located off the west side of Bradly Road, just north of the intersection at Schwartz Road. This western section of Westlake that borders Avon is a quiet, residential area of high-end single-family home subdivisions near country clubs.
The community is ideally situated 1.3 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate congestion and traffic noise, but still accessible in less than 10 minutes.
Westlake’s top-rated public schools are all nearby: 8 min to Westlake High School; 9 min to Elementary, Intermediate and Lee Burneson Middle School.
Country Club Estates is less than 10 minutes from Crocker Park—the best shopping on the west side of Cleveland—a sprawling, open-air collection of restaurants, retail, entertainment & leisure. Additional retail and dining is available at Avon Commons.
The city of Westlake has a modern state-of-the-art Recreation Center. The 86-acre outdoor complex includes ball fields, tennis and pickleball courts, a fishing pond, playground, gazebo, picnic area, paved outdoor trail, and plenty of greenspace for your enjoyment. Inside the facility, there’s a 13,500 square foot fitness room, exercise rooms, high school-sized regulation basketball courts, cycling studio, elevated rubber running track, and locker rooms with saunas. The indoor aquatics center houses five pools including a lap pool, a diving well, a children’s play pool, a lazy river, and slides.
For outdoor swimming during the warmer months, check out the Westlake Aquatic Center located in Clague Park. It offers five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area.
Just around the corner is Bradley Nature Park – a 20-acre park located on Bradley Road just south of Hilliard Blvd. The park features a sledding hill, a tot playground, a pavilion, picnic tables and grills, a nature trail and restroom facilities.
If you desire a day at the beach, Huntington Beach on Lake Erie is only 14 mins away!
Golfers are less than 15 minutes from an array of courses: 5 min to Hilliard Lakes, 7 min to Meadowood and Red Tail, 9 min to Bob-O-Link Golf Course, 12 min to Sweetbriar, and 13 min to Springvale and North Olmsted Golf Club.
There are several clubs nearby: Lakewood Country Club is right across the street, Avon Oaks Country Club is 5 min north, and Westwood Country Club is 15 min east.
