About Country Club Estates in Westlake
Country Club Estates is a community of roughly 110 custom-built luxury homes located in the sought-after western section of Westlake Ohio, off Bradly Road, just north of Schwartz Road.
The development was exclusively built by Bennett Builders from 1987-2021. Most of the older homes have since been updated/renovated. As of late 2024, there were a few undeveloped lots.
The homes of Country Club Estates are sure to astound you with beautiful curb appeal. Traditionally styled facades include stately full-brick or stone, Tudor, or classic combinations of stone/brick and vinyl.
These two-story homes mainly range from 2,800-5,800 square feet, with 4–5 bedrooms and 3–5 bathrooms. There’s also a home with 8,484 square feet, 6 bedrooms and 6.5+ bathrooms.
Inside Country Club Estates homes, you’ll find premium features including hardwood flooring, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, mudrooms or mud halls, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or private dens with french doors, fireplaced great rooms (many are two-story!), and kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, center islands with seating, tile backsplash, food pantries, and dinette area. Spacious second-floor owner’s suites (most are second floor) feature walk-in closets and en suite bathrooms with dual sinks/vanities, tiled walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, and enclosed commodes. Finished lower levels (a few are coveted walkouts – a rarity for Westlake homes!) are complete with bars, media/theater rooms, and exercise rooms. Homes have enviable side-load garages for maximum curb appeal, accommodating 2-3 cars. Some homes also offer a circular drive for guest parking and unobstructed garage access.
Outdoor living is enhanced with custom decks, patios, and fire pits.
Homesites are generously sized, ranging from 0.35 to 0.95 acres, many with private treed backyards. There are two homes on double lots sized at 1.37 and 1.53 acres.

Aptly named, the subdivision is directly across the street from the esteemed Lakewood Country Club. Each of the streets is named ar a championship course.
There are three entrances, each off Bradly Road: Doral Ln, Riviera Ln, and Sawgrass Ln. Entrances are flanked by brick gazebos with signage walls and/or lush landscaping.
In addition to its entrance streets, the community also encompasses Pebble Beach Oval, Pinehurst Dr, Inverness Cir, Bellerive Ct, Merion Ct, Oakmont Cir, and one home on Bradley Rd (house number 2640).
Streets are enhanced by lantern-style streetlights, street trees, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Country Club Estates are approximately $120 annually.
Country Club Estates adjoins the subdivision of Lake Forest via Walnut Point Dr and Hunters Creek Dr.
Directly north is Lands End South. The community of Royal Woods is across the street.

Convenient Location
The subdivision of Country Club Estates is located off Bradly Road, just north of the intersection at Schwartz Road. This western section of Westlake that borders Avon is a quiet, residential area of high-end single-family home subdivisions near country clubs.
The community is ideally situated 1.3 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate congestion and traffic noise, but still accessible in less than 10 minutes.
Country Club Estates is also less than 10 minutes from Crocker Park—the best shopping on the west side of Cleveland—a 75-acre, open-air collection of restaurants, retail, entertainment & leisure. Additional retail and dining is available at Avon Commons.
There are several clubs nearby: Lakewood Country Club is right across the street, Avon Oaks Country Club is 5 min north, and Westwood Country Club is 15 min east.
If you’re a golfer, you’re less than 15 minutes from an array of courses: 5 min to Hilliard Lakes, 7 min to Meadowood and Red Tail, 9 min to Bob-O-Link Golf Course, 12 min to Sweetbriar, and 13 min to Springvale and North Olmsted Golf Club.
Boaters will feel right at home at The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation. Home to more than 300 sail and powerboats, CYC is known for its beautiful setting, first-class facilities and family-friendly atmosphere. CYC is located on its own island at the mouth of Rocky River, nine miles west of downtown Cleveland.
If you desire a day at the beach, Huntington Beach on Lake Erie is only 14 mins away!

The city of Westlake has a modern state-of-the-art Recreation Center. The 86-acre outdoor complex includes 2 baseball/softball fields, soccer fields, tennis courts, fishing pond with dock, playground, gazebo, picnic area, paved outdoor trail, and plenty of green space for your enjoyment. Inside the facility, there’s a 13,500 square foot fitness room, 2 group exercise rooms, 2 high school-sized regulation basketball courts, cycling studio, elevated rubber running track, locker rooms with saunas, childcare, and community/conference/class/craft rooms. The indoor aquatics center houses 5 pools including a lap pool, a diving well, a children’s play pool, a lazy river, and slides.
For outdoor swimming during the warmer months, check out the Westlake Aquatic Center located in Clague Park. It offers five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area.
Just around the corner is Bradley Nature Park – a 20-acre park located on Bradley Road just south of Hilliard Blvd. The park features a sledding hill, a tot playground, a pavilion, picnic tables and grills, a nature trail and restroom facilities.
