This subdivision is located off the west side of Bradley Road, 0.2 miles north of Detroit Rd, and just south of I-90.
The Glens comprises 96 semi-custom homes along the residential streets of Barclay Blvd, Glen Lyon Dr, Kilgour Dr, Logan Ct, Durham Dr, and Falkirk Dr, and seven homes on Bradley Rd (even house numbers 1384-1726).


Homes were built exclusively by Kimball Hill Homes primarily from 2001-2006, with the final lots on Bradley Rd completed in 2021.
Front elevations boast stately full brick construction.
These two-story homes range from 4,000-7,400 square feet (including finished basements) with 3-5 bedrooms and 3-5 bathrooms.
The Glens homes were designed with open floorplans and include desirable features like mudrooms, hardwood floors, extensive trim and crown moulding, Pella windows, and multiple fireplaces.
Principal rooms on the first floor include laundry rooms with utility tubs, two-story foyers, private dens with beveled glass french doors, flex rooms/formal living rooms, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, and fireplaced great rooms with two-story or vaulted ceilings that are open to kitchens featuring granite of quartz countertops, a large island with a breakfast bar, 42″ soft close cabinetry, under-mount and in-cabinet lighting, massive walk-in pantries, dinettes, and even sunrooms.
Spacious owner’s suites (most are on the second floor) have vaulted or tray ceilings, dual walk-in closets, and en suite bathrooms with dual vanities and sinks, tiled walk-in showers, and soaking/jetted tubs.
Some homes also have in-law/au pair suites!
Finished lower levels may feature rec rooms with bars, theater rooms, and exercise rooms.
Attached garages accommodate 2-3 cars. Side-entry garages are available on some of the larger homesites.
Lots range from 0.30 to 0.54 acres.

Many homes abut forested HOA-owned greenspace (yellow areas within the red border on above-illustrated map) totaling 11 acres, extending privacy and arbored views.
Residents of The Glens enjoy a 4.47-acre community park with a playground, picnic benches, gazebo, and a paved walking trail encircling a fountained pond. Paved walkways leading into the park are off the turnabouts of Barclay Blvd and Durham Dr.




There are three entrances to The Glens from Bradley Road: the main entrance of Kilgour Dr, and two via the horseshoe-shaped Glen Lyon Dr. The entrances are flanked by exquisite landscape beds with lantern-topped pillar and wrought iron fencing.
Streets are enhanced by custom street signs, acorn-shaped streetlights, street trees, curbs, and sidewalks.
There are a total of nine turnabouts, horseshoes and cul-de-sacs, each with a lush landscaped island.
To the west, Kilgour Dr and Durham Dr adjoin Bur Oak.
Bordering this development to the south are Walden Pointe Condos.
The Glens Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at The Glens are approximately $375 semi-annually.

The Glens is located along the northwest corner of Westlake, Ohio, off the west side of Bradley Road, 0.2 miles north of Detroit Rd, and just south of I-90.
It’s conveniently just 4 minutes from I-90, so commuting or date nights downtown are easy.
🔊NOISE: While the proximity to I-90 is convenient, the interstate is roughly 200′ from homes along the north end of the community, which can subject the community to noise pollution.
Westlake’s top-rated public schools are all nearby: 9 min to Westlake High School; 11 min to Elementary, Intermediate and Lee Burneson Middle School.
The Glens is one of the few developments within walking distance to Crocker Park—the best shopping on the west side of Cleveland—a sprawling, open-air collection of restaurants, retail, entertainment & leisure. Additional retail and dining is 8 min west at Avon Commons.
The city of Westlake has a modern state-of-the-art Recreation Center. The 86-acre outdoor complex includes baseball/softball fields, soccer fields, tennis courts, a fishing pond, playground, gazebo, picnic area, paved outdoor trail, and plenty of greenspace for your enjoyment. Inside the facility, there’s a 13,500 square foot fitness room, group exercise rooms, high school-sized regulation basketball courts, cycling studio, elevated rubber running track, and locker rooms with saunas. The indoor aquatics center houses five pools including a lap pool, a diving well, a children’s play pool, a lazy river, and slides.
For outdoor swimming during the warmer months, check out Westlake Aquatic Center located in Clague Park. It offers five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area.
Or if you desire a day at the beach, Huntington Beach on Lake Erie is only 10 mins away!
If you are a golfer, there are a number of nearby golf courses: 7 min to Hilliard Lakes, 8 min to Red Tail, 9 min to Meadowood, 10 min to Sweetbriar, 11 min to Bob-O-Link Golf Course, and 16 min to Springvale and North Olmsted Golf Club.
Boaters will feel right at home at The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation. Home to more than 300 sail and powerboats, CYC is known for its beautiful setting, first-class facilities and family-friendly atmosphere. CYC is located on its own island at the mouth of Rocky River, nine miles west of downtown Cleveland.
There are several private clubs in the area: Avon Oaks Country Club is just west of the development, Lakewood Country Club is 6 min south on Bradley Rd, and Westwood Country Club is 15 min east.
