Bent Tree is a community of 33 brick-front luxury homes with treed backyards near the Westlake Recreation Center. Homes were constructed by Shorewest Construction from 1991-1994, many of which have since been updated or renovated.

In addition to Broadmore Ln, the development also encompasses the streets of Rocky Pointe and Bent Tree Turn, and five homes on Hilliard Blvd (house numbers 29286, 29292, 29298, 29304 & 29310).
This development has tree lawn saplings, lantern-style street lights, curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street, and landscaped cul-de-sacs.
A privacy tree line separates the western end of Bent Tree from the condo/cluster communities of Fifteen Hilliard Place and Vintage Glen. To the north and east are single-family residences.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Bent Tree.

Just down the street is Bradley Nature Park—a 20-acre park located on Bradley Road just south of Hilliard Blvd. The park features a sledding hill, a tot playground, a pavilion, picnic tables and grills, a nature trail and restroom facilities.
If you’re a golfer, you are less than 15 minutes from an array of courses: Hilliard Lakes, MeadowoodSpringvale and North Olmsted Golf Club, Bob-O-Link Golf Course, and Sweetbriar.
