The community is bordered to the north by Devonshire Estates, to the southwest by Hilliard Oak Estates, and to the east by Westlake Fire Department Station No. 1.

Chairmans Rowe is located off the south side of Hilliard Blvd, nearly equidistant between Crocker and Shwartz roads. This western section of Westlake is a quiet residential area of high-end single-family home subdivisions nestled amongst parks and golf courses.
The community is ideally situated 1.7 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate traffic noise, but still accessible in less than 10 min.
Westlake’s top-rated public schools are all nearby: 5 min to Westlake High School; 6 min to Intermediate and Lee Burneson Middle School; 7 min to Elementary.
Chairmans Rowe is just a mile from Crocker Park—the best shopping on the west side of Cleveland—an expansive open-air collection of restaurants, retail, entertainment & leisure. Additional retail and dining is available at Avon Commons.
