It is located off the west side of Stearns-Crocker Rd (Crocker Rd), a half-mile south of Center Ridge Rd, and comprises the streets of Crocker Woods Ln, Pin Oak Way, Yellow Birch Cir, five homes on the east end of Persimmon Dr, and five homes along the east end and cul-de-sac of Tamarack Trl*.


These cluster homes were built by Drees between 2020-2023.
Drees offered ten different two-story and ranch floor plans from which to personalize. Two-story homes (colonials) range from 2,500-4,300 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms. Ranch and cape cod (1.5 story) styles range from 1,776–2,804 square feet with 2-4 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms.
Facades include traditional full-brick/stone, modern farmhouse and contemporary cottage.
Homesites range from 0.80 to 0.10, offering cul-de-sac, pond-view, wooded and/or park-adjacent locations.
Crocker Woods homes are appointed with desirable amenities like open floorplans, mudrooms, enviable upstairs laundry rooms, pocket offices/flex rooms, game rooms, sunrooms, bedrooms with generous closet space, and finished lower levels. Great rooms with floor-to-ceiling stone fireplaces are open to kitchens featuring quartz countertops, large islands with breakfast bars, and walk-in pantries. Spacious owner’s suites feature decorative ceilings, huge walk-in closets, and spa-like bathrooms with glass and tile super showers. Front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars (third space may be tandem).

The entrance to Crocker Woods Ln is flanked on either side by lush landscape beds with stacked stone community signage. A landscape mound along Crocker Rd has staggered conifers or mature trees, offering some privacy from passing traffic.
*NOTE: Tamarack Trl is not connected to Crocker Woods. These homes are accessible through the established residential subdivision of Bretton Woods from the south side of Center Ridge Rd via Bailus Rd.
A gate on Persimmon Dr, the street adjoining Bretton Woods, prevents cut-through traffic. Street access is for emergency vehicles only. However, continuous sidewalks allow pedestrian access between the two subdivisions.
Crocker Woods Ln and Yellow Birch Cir have cul-de-sacs enhanced with a landscaped island and thoughtfully planned parking pads for guests’ cars.
Post is delivered to the cluster mailboxes located near the main entrance on Crocker Woods Ln.

Crocker Woods is located in the southwest section of Westlake, Ohio near the North Olmsted border. It is directly accessible from Stearns-Crocker Rd, a half-mile south of Center Ridge Rd, or through the adjoining subdivision from Center Ridge Rd.
