This stunning collection of 50 homes were built by Drees beginning in 2020, with homesites still available for new construction.

Drees offered six different 2-story colonial plans as well as cape cod (partial second level) and ranch homes. Two-story colonials range from 2,500–4,300 square feet, with 3–6 bedrooms and 2.5–5 bathrooms. Ranch and cape cod homes range from 1,776–2,804 square feet, with 2–4 bedrooms and 2–4.5 bathrooms. These homes have attached 2, 3 or 4-car tandem garages.
