Oversized owner’s suites (first or second-floor) feature volume ceilings, walk-in closets, and vaulted en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks, tiled walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, and enclosed commodes. Finished lower levels are complete with media/theater rooms, billiard areas, bars, exercise rooms, and storage space. Attached garages accommodate 2-4 cars.
Composite decks and/or patios extend living outside.
Generous homesites min Brigadoon range from .36 to .56 acres and offer private wooded backyards. There is also one home upon 1.33 acres.
Six homes on the east side of the street abut a .72-acre parcel of protected forestland owned by the city (green parcel on above map) or a forested 5.47-acre parcel owned by Westlake’s BOE (yellow parcel) for added privacy and endless nature views.
The entrance to Brigadoon is off Hilliard Blvd via Brigadoon Ct. Hilliard is a picturesque 4-lane street with a divided center median that houses saplings and more than 220 flower boxes, which are sponsored and planted by residents of Westlake.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Brigadoon are approximately $150 annually.
Bordering the community to the west is the development of Carousel Court.

The development of Brigadoon in Westlake Ohio is off Hilliard Blvd, 0.3 miles north of Bassett Rd.
The community is ideally situated 0.8 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate traffic noise, but still accessible in 7 minutes. You’re also 10 min to I-480, 16 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 17 min to I-71.
Brigadoon is just 4 minutes from Crocker Park—the best shopping on the west side of Cleveland—a 75-acre, open-air collection of restaurants, retail, entertainment & leisure. Additional retail and dining is available at Avon Commons (14 min).
As for nearby parks, there are several. Bradley Nature Park, a 7 min drive, is a 20-acre park located on Bradley Road just south of Hilliard Blvd. The park features a sledding hill, a tot playground, a pavilion, picnic tables and grills, a nature trail, and restroom facilities. Clague Park (8 min), which hosts the city’s 4th of July fireworks display, has ball fields/courts, picnic pavilions, walking trails, and a duck pond. The new Westlake Aquatic Center is also located in Clague Park. It offers five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area. Bradley Woods Reservation is also 8 min away with 828 acres of dense forests, 2+ miles of hiking trails, a fishing lake with a surrounding walking path, picnic pavilion, greenspace, and monarch butterfly waystation.
If you’re a golfer, you are less than 15 minutes from an array of courses: Bob-O-Link, Hilliard Lakes, Meadowood, North Olmsted Golf Club, Springvale, Sweetbriar.
There are several private clubs nearby: 7 min to Lakewood Country Club, 10 min to Avon Oaks Country Club, and 11 min to Red Tail and Westwood Country Club.
Boaters are 17 min from The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation. Home to more than 300 sail and powerboats, CYC is known for its beautiful setting, first-class facilities and family-friendly atmosphere. CYC is located on its own island at the mouth of Rocky River, nine miles west of downtown Cleveland.

Westlake’s top-rated public schools are all nearby: 15-17 min walk or 3-5 min drive to Westlake High School, Intermediate, and Lee Burneson Middle School; 5 min drive to Elementary School.
Local private schooling is available at esteemed institutions like Westshore Montessori (5 min); Magnificat High School, a Catholic all-girls college-preparatory high school located in Rocky River (11 min); Lake Ridge Academy, an esteemed K-12 co-educational college preparatory school in the neighboring suburb of North Ridgeville (20 min); St. Edward High School, a private Roman Catholic high school in Lakewood (20 min); St. Ignatius High School, a private Roman Catholic, Jesuit high school in Ohio City (20 min).
