Westhampton is a suburban-living development located along the northwest end of Crocker Park in Westlake, Ohio.

Westhampton at Crocker Park Condos
Westhampton townhouse-style condos include four designs: Great House, Hyde Park City Loft, Manor Home, and Soho City Loft, each described below.
Great House Townhome Condos:
The Great House offers two stories (plus a full basement!) with approximately 2,972-3,079 above-grade square feet with 4 bedrooms (first-floor owner’s suite), 2.5+ bathrooms, a loft, generously sized back patio, and a 2-car front-entry garage.
NOTE: There are also two custom-built Great House “Estate Homes” (90 & 100 Ashbourne Dr) totaling approximately 5,000 square feet with second-level sun decks.


Great Houses are supremely located along the south and west ends of Ashbourne Dr abutting treed greenspace.
These condos are arranged in buildings of just two units (only one shared wall between them).
First/Ground (Main) Floor: The ground/entry level has an open floorplan with two-story ceilings extending over the great room and formal dining area, which opens to the spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar and dinette area.

The 3-story Hyde Park City Loft offers approximately 1,900-2,366 above-grade* square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2.5+ bathrooms, a first-floor bonus room/office, second-level balcony deck, a rooftop deck, and a 2-car rear-entry garage.
