Kerrington Estates is a community of 31 custom-built homes in southeast Westlake, Ohio. This development is located near the southwest intersection of Columbia and Westwood Roads, and encompasses homes along the northernmost section of Laura Ln and the cul-de-sac street of Danielle Dr.

Kerrington Estates is accessible through the established community of Canterbury Village, which has entrances off Columbia and Canterbury Rd via Chaucer Dr.

Most homes were constructed between 1997-2001. In 2017, Phase 2 lots (along the west end of the subdivision) became available, which were developed between 2017 and 2021. Many of the older homes have since been updated.

These colonial and ranch homes range from 2,700-6,100 square feet, with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-5 bathrooms.

Most elevations are traditionally styled as full-brick or a mixture of vinyl and stone or brick.

Kerrington Estates homes offer wood flooring, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, grand two-story foyers with open staircases, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, formal living rooms and/or private dens, great rooms (some are vaulted or two-story) with fireplaces are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, center islands, tile backsplash, walk-in pantry, dinette area, and even sunrooms. Owner’s suites (some are first floor) have tray ceilings, walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with dual vanities, soaking/jetted tubs, walk-in showers, and enclosed commodes. Finished lower levels are complete with bars, billiard areas, media rooms/home theaters, and exercise rooms. Attached garages, either front or side-entry, accommodate 2-3 cars.

Backyards feature custom patios and fire pits.

Homesites measure approximately 100′ wide and range from 0.34 to 0.73 acres. Select homesites have lightly wooded backyards, others are cleared.

Danielle Dr and Laura Ln are enhanced with curbs, sidewalks, lantern-style streetlights, and sporadic street trees.

Danielle Dr has two cul-de-sacs with landscaped or grassy islands.

The yellow parcel on the map above contains a retention basin and is owned by the city.

There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Kerrington Estates.

The development of Kerrington Estates is located in Westlake, Ohio near the southwest intersection of Columbia Rd and Westwood Rd. This is a quiet residential section of the city, away from retail/commercial areas and interstate noise/congestion.

Highways are accessible in 6 min to I-90, 10 min to I-480, and 17 min to I-80/Turnpike.

It’s just 7 min to Westlake’s state-of-the-at Recreation Center. The 86-acre outdoor complex includes 2 baseball/softball fields, soccer fields, tennis courts, fishing pond with dock, playground, gazebo, picnic area, paved outdoor trail, and plenty of green space for your enjoyment. Inside the facility, there’s a 13,500 square foot fitness room, 2 group exercise rooms, 2 high school-sized regulation basketball courts, cycling studio, elevated rubber running track, locker rooms with saunas, childcare, and community/conference/class/craft rooms. The indoor aquatics center houses 5 pools including a lap pool, a diving well, a children’s play pool, a lazy river, and slides.

Bradley Woods Reservation is a 12 min drive with 828 acres of dense forests, 2+ miles of hiking trails, a fishing lake with surrounding walking path, picnic pavilion, greenspace, and monarch butterfly waystation.

If you’re a golfer, you’re less than 15 minutes from an array of courses/facilities including Springvale and North Olmsted Golf Club, Meadowood, Hilliard Lakes, North Ridge Indoor Golf, Mastick Woods, Big Met, and Little Met.
