About Arbor Woods in Westlake
Arbor Woods (also called Hilliard Woods Estates No 2) is a single-street community of luxury custom homes with wooded backyards in Westlake, Ohio. This development comprises the cul-de-sac street of Arbor Way, located off the south side of Schwartz Rd, just west of Bradley Rd.
Homes were built from 1989-1994, with the final homes constructed in 2000. Many have since been renovated or updated.

Traditionally styled facades are include designs with full-brick, Tudor, or a combination of vinyl with brick/stone.

Finished lower levels are complete with bars, media/theater rooms, and exercise rooms. Attached side-entry garages accommodate 2 to 3 cars.
Outdoor living is enhanced with custom patios and/or composite decks.
Arbor Woods homesites are generously sized, measuring approximately 100′ wide and ranging from 0.35 to 0.74 acres.
Many lots boast private heavily wooded backyards.
The west side of the street abuts a heavily wooded 9.15-acre parcel owned by the Board of Park Commissioners (designated in green on above map), offering extended privacy and nature views.

Arbor Woods subdivision is located off Schwartz, 0.3 miles west of Bradley Road. This western section of Westlake that borders Avon is a quiet, residential area of high-end single-family home subdivisions nestled amongst parks, pastures and golf courses.
The community is ideally situated 1.9 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate congestion and traffic noise, but still accessible in less than 10 minutes.
