Queens Court is a community of 30 custom-built luxury homes in Westlake, Ohio.

This subdivision is located off the north side of Hilliard Blvd, 0.1 mile west of Columbia Rd. It comprises Queens Ct and nine homes on Hilliard Blvd (even house numbers 25500-25730).

The individually designed homes of Queens Court homes were primarily constructed by builders including Valore and Restifo between 1977-1987. The final homes were built in 1995 and 2024.

Front elevations showcase Colonial Revival, English Manor, French Country, French Normandy, and Tudor architecture. Numerous homes boast full brick facades.

Most homes have cedar siding. A few homes boast full brick surrounds.

These two-story homes range from 3,600-7,200 square feet (including finished basements) with 3-6 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5+ bathrooms.

Queens Court homes offer hardwood or LVP flooring, skylights, grand two-story foyers with curved staircases, spacious formal living rooms and formal dining rooms, private dens with built-ins, fireplaced great rooms with wet bars, and kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a center island, pantry, and dinettes.

Several homes have indoor pools and hot tubs!

Owner’s suites (most are on the second floor) feature walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks/vanities, jetted/soaking tubs, and walk-in showers.

Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.

Ten homes have circular driveways for guest parking and unobstructed garage access.

Lots are generously sized, measuring approximately 80′ wide and ranging from 0.32 to 0.70 acres.

Decks and patios offer outdoor living. A few homes have outdoor pools.

Most backyards are treed, offering privacy, shade and birdsong.

The entrance to Queens Court is off Hilliard Blvd, a picturesque 4-lane street with a divided center median that houses saplings and more than 220 flower boxes sponsored and planted by residents of Westlake.

This community has curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.

As a single street with no connection to another development, traffic on Queens Ct is limited to residents and their guests.

There are no HOA fees at Queens Court.

The development is bordered to the west by Sts. Peter & George Coptic Orthodox Church, and to the northwest by Victoria Estates.

Other nearby communities include Cobblestone Chase and Balmoral.

The subdivision of Queens Court is located off the north side of Hilliard Blvd, 0.1 mile west of Columbia Rd. It’s just a 3 min drive to I-90, making commuting a breeze.

Westlake’s top-rated public schools are all nearby: 5 min to Westlake Intermediate and Lee Burneson Middle School and the High School; 6 min to Elementary.

Queens Court is also less than 10 min from Crocker Park—the best shopping on the west side of Cleveland—a sprawling, open-air collection of restaurants, retail, entertainment & leisure. Additional retail is conveniently only 8 min east at Westwood Shopping Plaza and Westgate Shopping Center. Great Northern Mall and Avon Commons are 10 and 12 min respectively.

Clague Park (5 min), which hosts the city’s 4th of July fireworks display, has ball fields/courts, picnic pavilions, walking trails, a duck pond, and Westlake Aquatic Center, offering five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area.

The Metroparks’ Rocky River Reservation is just 11 min away, offering 2,520 acres with picnic areas, play areas, sledding hills, ball fields, nature trails, paved trails, nature center, stables and bridle trails, marina, fishing areas, boat rentals, waterfalls and lagoons, and three golf courses.  

There are several clubs nearby: 8 min to Westwood Country Club, 12 min to Avon Oaks Country Club and Lakewood Country Club.

Boaters will feel right at home at The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation. Home to more than 300 sail and powerboats, CYC is known for its beautiful setting, first-class facilities and family-friendly atmosphere. CYC is located on its own island at the mouth of Rocky River, nine miles west of downtown Cleveland.
