Parkland Estates is an established community of 79 homes in Westlake Ohio. Aptly named, this neighborhood borders Bradley Nature Park (green parcel on below map) and has direct park access via a paved trail. Abutting homes along the south side of the community gain maximum privacy and endless wooded views.
Homes were constructed by Bennett Builders from 1998-2001, many of which have since been updated. These two-story homes range from 2,800-5,200 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 3-4.5 bathrooms.
Facades in Parkland Estates include full brick, partial brick/stone, Tudor, Victorian-inspired, and full vinyl designs.
Parkland Estates homes offer desirable amenities including hardwood flooring, two-story foyers with open staircases, laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, private dens and/or formal living rooms, formal dining rooms, great rooms (many are vaulted or two-story) with fireplaces, and spacious kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, center islands with seating, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. Owner’s suites (some first-floor) have vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and large en-suite bathrooms with dual vanities/sinks, soaking tubs, glass walk-in showers, and enclosed commodes. Finished lower levels include media/theater rooms, billiard areas, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Backyards include composite decks and/or custom patios and fire pits.
Homesites are sized from .34 to .61 acres, most of which have private treed backyards.
At the northwest corner is a 2.25-acre parcel owned by the city (yellow parcel on above map).
There is one direct entrance to Parkland Estates via Jefferson Way from Bradley Rd.
In addition to Jefferson Way, this development also encompasses the streets of Adams Ln and four homes on Monroe Trail. There are tree lawn saplings, lantern-style street lights, and curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Parkland Estates is also accessible through the adjoining neighborhood to the north, Westpark Ridge, from Schwartz Rd and Hilliard Blvd, and also through The Woods cluster community to the southeast from Crocker Rd.
To the east is Julie Billiart School.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Parkland Estates.

Convenient Location
Parkland Estates is located off Bradley Rd in Westlake Ohio, 0.2 miles south of Hilliard Blvd.
The community is ideally situated 2.2 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate traffic noise, but still accessible within 10 minutes.
It is just 5 min to Crocker Park—the best shopping on the west side of Cleveland—a 75-acre, open-air collection of restaurants, retail, entertainment & leisure. Additional retail and dining is available at Avon Commons (12 min).
If you’re a golfer, there is an array of courses nearby: Hilliard Lakes, Meadowood, Bob-O-Link, Sweetbriar, Springvale, and North Olmsted Golf Club.
There are several distinguished clubs nearby: 4 min to Lakewood Country Club, 7 min to Red Tail, 8 min to Avon Oaks Country Club, 15 min to Westwood Country Club.
Boaters are 19 min from The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation. CYC is located on its own island at the mouth of Rocky River, nine miles west of downtown Cleveland.

Just south of the community and directly accessible is Bradley Nature Park—a wooded 20-acre park featuring a shallow frog pond, paved walking loop, sledding hill, playground, pavilion with picnic tables and grills, and restroom facilities.
The city of Westlake has a very clean and modern Recreation Center just 6 min away. The 86-acre outdoor complex includes 2 baseball/softball fields, soccer fields, tennis courts, fishing pond with dock, playground, gazebo, picnic area, paved outdoor trail, and plenty of green space for your enjoyment. Inside the facility, there’s a 13,500 square foot fitness room, 2 group exercise rooms, 2 high school-sized regulation basketball courts, cycling studio, elevated rubber running track, locker rooms with saunas, childcare, and community/conference/class/craft rooms. The indoor aquatics center houses 5 pools including a lap pool, a diving well, a children’s play pool, a lazy river, and slides.
The city pool, Westlake Aquatic Center, in Clague Park (11 min) offers five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area.
Local private schooling is available at esteemed institutions like Westshore Montessori; Magnificat High School, a Catholic all-girls college-preparatory high school located in Rocky River; Lake Ridge Academy, an esteemed K-12 co-educational college preparatory school in the neighboring suburb of North Ridgeville; St. Edward High School, a private Roman Catholic high school in Lakewood; St. Ignatius High School, a private Roman Catholic, Jesuit high school in Ohio City.
