The Park of Westlake in Westlake Ohio is a single-street cul-de-sac community of 33 homes adjacent to Hilliard Lakes Golf Club. These homes are situated along Park Ave, located off the west side of Bradley Rd, 0.4 miles north of Center Ridge Rd.
This subdivision was built exclusively by Garland New Homes from 2013-2019.
With finished basements, the ranch, cape cod, and colonial homes in The Park of Westlake mainly range from 3,700-6,200 square feet, with 4–6 bedrooms and 4-5+ bathrooms.
Homes are appointed with hardwood flooring, grand 2-story foyers with turned staircases, formal dining rooms, private dens, laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs, and first-floor guest suites or flex rooms. Vaulted or two-story family rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and fireplaces open to large kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, dinette area, and even sunrooms. The Park of Westlake is located off the sought-after western end of Westlake, 0.4 miles north of Center Ridge Rd.
The community is ideally situated 2.7 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate congestion and traffic noise, but still accessible in less than 10 minutes.
It is less than 10 minutes from Crocker Park—the best shopping on the west side of Cleveland—a 75-acre, open-air collection of restaurants, retail, entertainment & leisure. Additional retail and dining is available at Avon Commons.
