Breckenridge Estates is an elegant community of 26 single-family colonial homes in Westlake, Ohio located a half-mile south of Detroit Rd, off the west side of Bradley Road, across the street from Lakewood Country Club. The subdivision encompasses homes on Breckenridge Trl, the cul-de-sac street of Wilderness Trl, and eight homes on Silveridge Trl (house numbers 2340 to 2473).


Homes were built from 1988-1991, most of which have since been updated/renovated. They range from 3,200-5,300 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5+ bathrooms.

The entrance to Breckenridge Estates is off the west side of Bradley Road via Breckenridge Trl. It is flanked on the right by a burgundy brick wall with signage and a matching miniature gazebo.
Breckenridge adjoins the new construction subdivision of Lands End South and the established community of Lands End (to the north), the latter of which has its own entrance from Bradley Rd.
Abutting the development to the west is the residential street of Marshfield Blvd.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Breckenridge Estates.
