These townhomes were constructed from 2024-2025 by Drees Homes.

These are two-story townhomes with full basments.

Drees offered three floorplans ranging from 1,968-2,167 square feet (above-grade) with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Facades are styled as modern farmhouse with mixed-texture siding profiles, stone/brick veneer wrap, and white window and fascia trim.
