Brentwood townhomes occupy Lobello Dr and the southwest side of Palomar Ln.

These townhomes were constructed beginning in 2024 by Drees Homes. Townhome prices start in the mid $500s.

Facades are styled as modern farmhouse with stone or brick accents.
