The subdivision of Cobblestone Chase encompasses 47 colonial homes, custom-built from 1995 to 2002. Homes range in size from 3,100-5,900+ square feet, with 3–5 bedrooms and 2.5–5.5 bathrooms. Most homes have stately full-brick of full-stone fronts.

Inside you’ll find two-story foyers with open staircases, two-story great rooms, hardwood fooring, marble and travertine tile floors, multiple fireplaces, formal living and dining rooms, morning rooms, private dens, granite kitchens with islands and dinettes, mudrooms, crown moulding, vaulted bedrooms, walk-in closets, first-floor owner’s suites with separate tub and walk-in showers, and finished lower levels with bars, theater rooms and workout rooms. Backyards include custom paver patios, composite decks and verandas. Some homes even have their own private pool. Privacy is granted by mature trees and/or pines.

Homesites mainly range from .34 to .75 acres. However there are a few lots with .85 to 1.31 acres.

Each home a 2-4 car side-entry garage for maximum curb appeal. Some homes also have circular driveways.

The regal entrance to Cobblestone Chase from Detroit Road is flanked with landscaped pillared stone walls on either side. A long divided median in the center of the red cobblestone street houses a stone clocktower and tall saplings.

The first home sits about 400 feet inside the community. The community also encompasses the streets of Stone Ct, Cobblestone Way, and a few homes on Fitzroy St.

Fitzroy St connects to the neighboring community of Victoria Estates, which has an entrance off Columbia Rd.

Tri-City Park (9 min) has ball fields/courses, picnic pavilion, playground, and restroom facilities.

The Metroparks Rocky River Reservation is just 14 minutes away, offering 2,520 acres with picnic areas, play areas, sledding hills, ball fields, nature trails, paved trails, nature center, stables and bridle trails, marina, fishing areas, boat rentals, waterfalls and lagoons, and three golf courses.  

Should you desire a day at the beach, Huntington Beach on Lake Erie is 10 mins away!

There are several clubs nearby: 8 min to Westwood Country Club, 11 min to Avon Oaks Country Club and 12 min to Lakewood Country Club.

Boaters will feel right at home at The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation. Home to more than 300 sail and powerboats, CYC is known for its beautiful setting, first-class facilities and family-friendly atmosphere. CYC is located on its own island at the mouth of Rocky River, nine miles west of downtown Cleveland.
