Arbor Woods (also called Hilliard Woods Estates No 2) in Westlake Ohio is a community of luxury custom homes with wooded backyards nestled around the single cul-de-sac street of Arbor Way. Homes were built from 1989-1994, with the final homes constructed in 2000. Many have since been renovated or updated.

The colonial homes in Arbor Woods range in size from 3,600-5,500+ square feet with 3–4 bedrooms and 2.5–4.5+ bathrooms.

Traditionally styled facades are primarily full-brick, as well as Tudor, and a combination of vinyl with brick/stone.

Features include hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, dramatic two-story foyers with curved staircases, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms, private dens, vaulted great rooms with fireplaces, and kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, center islands with seating, tile backsplash, food pantries, and dinette area. Spacious second-floor owner’s suites feature vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and en suite bathrooms with dual sinks/vanities, tiled walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, and enclosed commodes. Finished lower levels are complete with bars, media/theater rooms, and exercise rooms. Attached side-entry garages accommodate 2 to 3 cars.

Outdoor living is enhanced with custom patios and/or composite decks.

Homesites are generously sized, ranging from .35 to .74 acres, many with private heavily wooded backyards.

The west side of the street abuts a heavily wooded 9.15-acre parcel owned by the Board of Park Commissioners (designated in yellow on above map) offering extended privacy and nature views.

Arbor Way has a single entrance off of Schwartz Rd, just west of Bradley Rd. The entrance is flanked on either side by a landscape bed with stacked stone signage.

In addition to the homes on Arbor Way, this development also encompasses three homes on Schwartz Rd (house numbers 31525, 31571 & 31587).

Arbor Woods has tree lawn saplings, lantern-style street lights, a landscaped cul-de-sac island, and curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.

There are no HOA fees at Arbor Woods.

To the south is the subdivision of Hilliard Woods Estates, which is separated by two ponds.

Arbor Woods subdivision is located off Schwartz, 0.3 miles west of Bradley Road. This western section of Westlake that borders Avon is a quiet, residential area of high-end single-family home subdivisions nestled amongst parks, pastures and golf courses.
