Westin Pointe is a single-street community of 25 two-story limited-maintenance luxury townhomes with full basements in eastern Westlake, Ohio.
Westin Pointe townhomes occupy the private street of Heritage Ln, located off the south side of Center Ridge Rd, 0.3 miles east of Clague Rd.


These upscale townhouses were constructed by Petros Homes from 2022-2024.
Townhomes are grouped in rows of three or four units.

The two floorplans available are described below.
Warner Floorplan:
The “Warner” floorplan (pictured left below) offers 1,938 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
The first floor features a laundry room with utility tub, a vaulted foyer with coat closet, a half bath, and a kitchen with a walk-in pantry and dinette area that opens to a vaulted great room (optional fireplace). The first-floor owner’s suite includes a walk-in closet and private bathroom with dual sinks, a tiled walk-in shower, and linen closet.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms with walk-in closets, a full bath, and loft area.


Bradley Floorplan:
Westin Pointe’s “Bradley” floorplan (pictured right above) has 1,975 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
On the first floor is a garage-entry mud hall with bench, a laundry room with utility tub, a two-story foyer with coat closet, a guest bedroom with adjacent full bathroom, a kitchen with pantry, and an open concept great room (optional fireplace) and dining room with 12’ ceilings. The first-floor owner’s suite includes a linen closet and private bathroom with dual sinks, a tiled walk-in shower, and walk-in closet.
On the second floor is the third bedroom, full bath, and loft area.
Westin Pointe residences are surrounded by 2.54 acres of common area (yellow area within the red boundary on above-illustrated map).

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Westin Pointe townhouses are approximately $225 monthly, which include lawn care and snow removal.
The southeast end of the subdivision abuts St. Demetrios’ Church property. Come the end of June, you’ll be able to walk to St. Demetrios’ Greek Festival with live music and dancing, food stations with delicious Greek specialties, a vendor area and bounce house.

The upscale townhome community of Westin Pointe is located near the border of Rocky River, off the south side of Center Ridge Rd, 0.3 miles east of Clague Rd. This easternmost section of Westlake offers the trifecta of quick access to I-90, local retail, and numerous nearby parks.
