The Park of Westlake is a single-street cul-de-sac community of 33 homes in Westlake, Ohio adjacent to Hilliard Lakes Golf Club.
This subdivision comprises Park Ave, located off the west side of Bradley Rd, 0.4 miles north of Center Ridge Rd.


This subdivision was built exclusively by Garland New Homes from 2013-2019.
These ranch and two-story homes range from 2,400-6,100 square feet (some include finished basements) with 3-5 bedrooms and 3-4.5+ bathrooms.
Homes are appointed with LVP or hardwood flooring, grand 2-story foyers with turned staircases, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, private dens and/or first-floor guest suites, and fireplaced great rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and fireplaces that are open to large kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, dinette area, and even a sunroom.
First or second-floor laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs.
Spacious vaulted owner’s suites (most are on the second floor) include walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commodes.
Finished lower levels may include rec rooms with kitchenettes and/or bars, and media/theater rooms.
Attached side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Lots in The Park of Westlake measure approximately 100′ wide and primarily range from 0.45 to 0.61 acres. The two lots at the end of the cul-de-sac are each 1.1 acres and overlook a retention basin.
During development, homesites were cleared of old-growth trees.
Most homes back to adjacent wooded parcels.

NOTE: A paved driveway connects Park Ave to Lincoln Rd, but bollards prevent any through traffic.
Along the south end of Park Ave is the stub street of Muirfield Way, which could be extended to Prestwick Crossing with future development opportunities.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at The Park of Westlake are approximately $300 annually.

The Park of Westlake is located off the sought-after western end of Westlake, 0.4 miles north of Center Ridge Rd.
The community is ideally situated 2.7 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate congestion and traffic noise, but still accessible in less than 10 minutes.
Westlake’s top-rated public schools are all accessible within 9 min.
It is less than 10 minutes from Crocker Park—the best shopping on the west side of Cleveland—a 75-acre, open-air collection of restaurants, retail, entertainment & leisure. Additional retail and dining is available at Avon Commons.
The city of Westlake has a very clean and modern Recreation Center. The 86-acre outdoor complex includes baseball/softball fields, soccer fields, tennis courts, fishing pond with dock, playground, gazebo, picnic area, paved outdoor trail, and plenty of green space for your enjoyment. Inside the facility, there’s a 13,500 square foot fitness room, group exercise rooms, high school-sized regulation basketball courts, cycling studio, elevated rubber running track, and locker rooms with saunas. The indoor aquatics center houses five pools including a lap pool, a diving well, a children’s play pool, a lazy river, and slides.
For outdoor swimming during the warmer months, check out the Westlake Aquatic Center located in Clague Park. It offers five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area.
Just down the street is Bradley Nature Park – a 20-acre park located on Bradley Road just south of Hilliard Blvd. The park features a sledding hill, a tot playground, a pavilion, picnic tables and grills, a nature trail and restroom facilities.
Or if you desire a day at the beach, Huntington Beach on Lake Erie is only 14 mins away!
There are several clubs nearby: Lakewood Country Club on Bradley Rd, Avon Oaks Country Club, and Westwood Country Club.
If you’re a golfer, you are less than 15 minutes from an array of courses: Hilliard Lakes, Meadowood, Red Tail, Bob-O-Link, Springvale, North Olmsted Golf Club, and Sweetbriar.
Boaters will feel right at home at The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation. Home to more than 300 sail and powerboats, CYC is known for its beautiful setting, first-class facilities and family-friendly atmosphere. CYC is located on its own island at the mouth of Rocky River, nine miles west of downtown Cleveland.
