St Ives is located off the north side of Hilliard Blvd, equidistant (0.4 miles) between Bradley Rd and Crocker Rd. This western section of Westlake, close to the Avon border, is a quiet, residential area of high-end single-family home subdivisions nestled amongst parks and golf courses.
The community is ideally situated 1.7 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate traffic noise, but still accessible in less than 10 minutes.

Inside the facility, there’s a 13,500 square foot fitness room, group exercise rooms, high school-sized regulation basketball courts, cycling studio, elevated rubber running track, and locker rooms with saunas. The indoor aquatics center houses five pools including a lap pool, a diving well, a children’s play pool, a lazy river, and slides.
The outdoor city pool, Westlake Aquatic Center, in Clague Park offers five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area.
Golfers have an array of courses nearby: 4 min to Hilliard Lakes, 5 min to Meadowood, 8 min to Red Tail, 10 min to Bob-O-Link Golf Course, 12 min to Springvale and North Olmsted Golf Club, and 13 min to Sweetbriar.
There are several distinguished clubs nearby: Lakewood Country Club is just 4 min north, Avon Oaks Country Club is 7 min northwest, Westwood Country Club is 14 min to the east.
Boaters will feel right at home at The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation. Home to more than 300 sail and powerboats, CYC is known for its beautiful setting, first-class facilities and family-friendly atmosphere. CYC is located on its own island at the mouth of Rocky River, nine miles west of downtown Cleveland.
