St Ives is located off Hilliard Blvd, between Schwartz Rd and Crocker Rd, amongst several other prestigious subdivisions. The front of the community is heavily blanketed with mature pines and trees, providing privacy from the main road.

Convenient Location
St Ives is located off Hilliard Blvd, between Crocker and Schwartz roads. This western section of Westlake, close to the Avon border, is a quiet, residential area of high-end single-family home subdivisions nestled amongst parks and golf courses.
The community is ideally situated 1.7 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate traffic noise, but still accessible in less than 10 minutes.

The city pool, Westlake Aquatic Center, in Clague Park offers five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area.
