Roseland Estates is a prestigious single-street cul-de-sac community of twelve one-of-a-kind custom-built luxury homes with wooded backyards.
This subdivision comprises Roseland Way, located off the north side of Hilliard Blvd, 0.2 miles east of Columbia Rd.


These luxurious homes were primarily built from 1984-1987, with the final two homes completed in 1990 and 2005. Builders include Hammerschmidt Homes.

Roseland Estates is located off the north side of Hilliard Blvd, 0.2 miles east of Columbia Rd. This eastern section of Westlake, Ohio that borders Rocky River offers the trifecta of quick access to I-90, local retail, and numerous nearby parks.
With access to I-90 in 4 minutes, this development is ideally located for commuting.

You are only 8 min from Crocker Park—the best shopping on the west side of Cleveland—a sprawling, open-air collection of restaurants, retail, entertainment & leisure. Additional retail is conveniently only 7 min east at Westwood Shopping Plaza and Westgate Shopping Center and 11 min to Great Northern.
The city of Westlake has a state-of-the-art Recreation Center. The 86-acre outdoor park complex includes ball fields, tennis courts, a fishing pond, playground, gazebo, picnic area, 1.2-mile paved outdoor trail, and plenty of greenspace for your enjoyment. Inside the facility, there’s a 13,500 square foot fitness room, exercise rooms, high school-sized regulation basketball courts, a cycling studio, elevated rubber running track, and locker rooms with saunas. The indoor aquatics center houses five pools including a lap pool, a diving well, a children’s play pool, a lazy river, and slides.
As for nearby parks, there are several. Diagonally across the street is Parkside Athletic Field Complex, with turfed fields, a pavilion and large playground. Clague Park (3 min), which hosts the city’s 4th of July fireworks display, has ball fields/courts, picnic pavilions, walking trails, and a duck pond. The new Westlake Aquatic Center is also located in Clague Park. It offers five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area.
The Metroparks Rocky River Reservation (10 min) has 2,520 acres with picnic areas, play areas, sledding hills, ball fields, nature trails, paved trails, nature center, stables and bridle trails, marina, fishing areas, boat rentals, waterfalls and lagoons, and three golf courses.
Should you desire a day at the beach, Huntington Beach on Lake Erie is 10 mins away!
There are several private clubs nearby: 7 min to Westwood Country Club, 12 min to Avon Oaks Country Club and Lakewood Country Club.
Boaters will feel right at home at The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation. Home to more than 300 sail and powerboats, CYC is known for its beautiful setting, first-class facilities and family-friendly atmosphere. CYC is located on its own island at the mouth of Rocky River, nine miles west of downtown Cleveland.
