These custom-built homes were constructed exclusively by Valore in four phases between 1985-1995. Many interiors have been renovated to incorporate today’s decor. 

These exceptional homes were designed with timeless full-brick facades and full-brick surrounds.

The two-story homes of Quail Hollow range from 4,200-8,500+ square feet (including finished basements) with 3-6 bedrooms and 3.5-6.5+ bathrooms.

Streets are lined by lantern-style streetlights, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street.

Interlachen Ln, Quail Hollow, and Wingedfoot Dr have cul-de-sacs with landscaped islands.

To the north, Beaver Creek adjoins the luxury homes of Pebblebrook, which has entrances off Center Ridge Rd.

Quail Hollow Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees are approximately $400 annually.

Quail Hollow is located off the east side of Clague Rd, 0.3 miles south of Center Ridge Rd, and 0.1 miles north of Westwood Ave. This easternmost section of Westlake that borders Rocky River offers the trifecta of quick access to I-90, local retail, and numerous nearby parks.

The community is ideally situated 1.6 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate congestion and traffic noise, but still accessible in under 10 minutes.

Westlake’s top-rated public schools are all nearby: 9 min to Westlake Elementary, High School, Intermediate and Lee Burneson Middle School.

Retail is conveniently only 5 min east at Westwood Shopping Plaza and Westgate Shopping Center. You are just 10 min from Crocker Park—the best shopping on the west side of Cleveland—a 75-acre, open-air collection of restaurants, retail, entertainment & leisure. Even more shopping and dining at Great Northern Mall is only 11 min away.

As for nearby parks, there are several. Tri-City Park and Clague Park are each only a 4 min drive. Tri-City has ball fields/courses, picnic pavilion, playground, and restroom facilities. Clague Park, which hosts the city’s 4th of July fireworks display, has ball fields/courts, picnic pavilions, walking trails, a duck pond, and Westlake Aquatic Center, offering five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area.

The Metroparks’ Rocky River Reservation is just 9 minutes away, offering 2,520 acres with picnic areas, play areas, sledding hills, ball fields, nature trails, paved trails, nature center, stables and bridle trails, marina, fishing areas, boat rentals, waterfalls and lagoons, and three golf courses.

Boaters will feel right at home at The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation. CYC is located on its own island at the mouth of Rocky River, nine miles west of downtown Cleveland.
