Parkland Estates is a community of 79 homes in Westlake, Ohio with direct access to Bradley Nature Park.
This development comprises the residential streets of Jefferson Way, Adams Ln, and four homes on Monroe Trl (house numbers 3525-3579).


Homes were constructed by Bennett Builders from 1998-2001.
These ranch and two-story homes range from 2,900-5,600 square feet (including finished basements) with 3-4 bedrooms and 3-4.5 bathrooms.
Facades in Parkland Estates include full brick, partial brick/stone, Tudor, Victorian-inspired, and full vinyl designs.
Parkland Estates homes offer desirable amenities including hardwood or LVP flooring, first floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, two-story foyers with open staircases, private dens and/or formal living rooms, formal dining rooms, fireplaced great rooms (many are vaulted or two-story), and spacious kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, a center islands with breakfast bar, pantry, and dinette area.
First or second-floor owner’s suites (some with vaulted ceilings) have walk-in closets and large en-suite bathrooms with dual vanities/sinks, soaking tubs, walk-in showers, and enclosed commodes.
Finished lower levels include media/theater rooms, billiard areas, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas.
Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Backyards include composite decks and/or custom patios and fire pits.
Lots measure 85′ to 102′ wide and range from 0.34 to 0.61 acres.
Most homesites have treed or wooded backyards, offering privacy, shade and soothing birdsong.
🌳Aptly named, the south end of this neighborhood borders the 20-acre Bradley Nature Park (green parcel on above-illustrated map). The park is directly accessible via a paved walkway (between 30275 & 30243 Jefferson Way), which leads through the woods, around a shallow frog pond, and adjoins the amenities, which include a playground, pavilion, sledding hill, and restrooms.
Homes abutting the park’s woodlands enjoy enhanced privacy and arbored views.
At the northwest corner is a 2.25-acre city-owned parcel with a detention basin (yellow area on map above).
⚠️Schwartz Creek runs just beyond the rear property lines of lots along the north end of Adams Ln, where there is a designated Flood Zone X, which is a low flood risk. View FEMA Flood Map.
In addition to the direct entrance street of Jefferson Way, Parkland Estates is also accessible through adjoining neighborhoods: through Westpark Ridge from Schwartz Rd or Hilliard Blvd, and through The Woods cluster community from Crocker Rd.
Streets are lined with lantern-style street lights, street trees, curbs and sidewalks.
The east end of the community abuts Julie Billiart School.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Parkland Estates.

The city of Westlake has a very clean and modern Recreation Center just 6 min away. The 86-acre outdoor complex includes 2 baseball/softball fields, soccer fields, tennis courts, fishing pond with dock, playground, gazebo, picnic area, paved outdoor trail, and plenty of green space for your enjoyment. Inside the facility, there’s a 13,500 square foot fitness room, 2 group exercise rooms, 2 high school-sized regulation basketball courts, cycling studio, elevated rubber running track, and locker rooms with saunas. The indoor aquatics center houses 5 pools including a lap pool, a diving well, a children’s play pool, a lazy river, and slides.
The outdoor city pool, Westlake Aquatic Center, in Clague Park (11 min) offers five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area.
A day at Huntington Beach in Bay Village is only 13 minutes away.
Golfers have an array of courses nearby: Hilliard Lakes, Meadowood, Bob-O-Link, Sweetbriar, Springvale, and North Olmsted Golf Club.
There are several distinguished clubs nearby: 4 min to Lakewood Country Club, 7 min to Red Tail, 8 min to Avon Oaks Country Club, 15 min to Westwood Country Club.
Boaters are 19 min from The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation. Home to more than 300 sail and powerboats, CYC is known for its beautiful setting, first-class facilities and family-friendly atmosphere. CYC is located on its own island at the mouth of Rocky River, nine miles west of downtown Cleveland.
