Kerrington Estates is a community of 31 custom-built homes in southeast Westlake, Ohio.
This development is located near the southwest intersection of Columbia and Westwood Roads. It comprises Danielle Dr and the northernmost section of Laura Ln.
Kerrington Estates is accessible through the established community of Canterbury Village, which has entrances off Columbia and Canterbury Rd via Chaucer Dr.


Most homes were constructed during Phase 1 between 1997-2001. In 2017, Phase 2 lots (along the west end of the subdivision) were added and developed between 2017 and 2021.
These colonial and ranch homes range from 4,500-6,100 square feet (including finished basements) with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-5 bathrooms.
Facades showcase Colonial Revival, Modern Farmhouse and Transitional architecture.
Kerrington Estates homes offer hardwood or LVP flooring, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, grand two-story foyers with open staircases, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, formal living rooms and/or private dens, and fireplaced great rooms (some are vaulted or two-story) that are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a center island, walk-in pantry, dinette area, and even a sunroom.
Owner’s suites (some are first floor) have tray ceilings, walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with dual vanities, soaking/jetted tubs, walk-in showers, and enclosed commodes.
Finished lower levels are complete with bars, billiard areas, media rooms/home theaters, and exercise rooms.
Attached garages, either front or side-entry, accommodate 2-3 cars.
Backyards feature custom patios and fire pits.
Lots measure approximately 100′ wide and range from 0.34 to 0.73 acres.
Select homesites have treed backyards; others are cleared.
Danielle Dr and Laura Ln are enhanced with curbs, sidewalks, lantern-style streetlights, and sporadic street trees.
Danielle Dr has two cul-de-sacs with landscaped or grassy islands.
Laura Ln is a dead-end street.
The yellow parcel on the map above contains a retention basin and is owned by the city.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Kerrington Estates.

The development of Kerrington Estates is located in Westlake, Ohio near the southwest intersection of Columbia Rd and Westwood Rd. This is a quiet residential section of the city, away from retail/commercial areas and interstate noise/congestion.
Highways are accessible in 6 min to I-90, 10 min to I-480, and 17 min to I-80/Turnpike.
Westlake’s top-rated public schools are all nearby: 6 min to Elementary, Dover Intermediate, and Lee Burneson Middle School; 8 min to High School.
It’s just 7 min to Westlake’s state-of-the-at Recreation Center. The 86-acre outdoor complex includes 2 baseball/softball fields, soccer fields, tennis courts, fishing pond with dock, playground, gazebo, picnic area, paved outdoor trail, and plenty of green space for your enjoyment. Nearby parks include Clague Park, which hosts the city’s 4th of July fireworks display and has ball fields/courts, picnic pavilions, walking trails, a duck pond, and Westlake Aquatic Center, offering five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area.
Bradley Woods Reservation is a 12 min drive with 828 acres of dense forests, 2+ miles of hiking trails, a fishing lake with surrounding walking path, picnic pavilion, greenspace, and monarch butterfly waystation.
If you desire a day at the lake, it’s just 13 min to Huntington Beach!
Golfers are less than 15 minutes from an array of courses/facilities including Springvale and North Olmsted Golf Club, Meadowood, Hilliard Lakes, North Ridge Indoor Golf, Mastick Woods, Big Met, and Little Met.
There are several private clubs nearby: 11 min to Westwood Country Club, 12 min to Lakewood Country Club, 15 min to Red Tail and Avon Oaks Country Club, and 16 min to Cleveland Yachting Club.
As for retail, this community is close to both Crocker Park and Great Northern Mall. Great Northern (7 min) features a wide selection of dining and retail. The sprawling, open-air collection of restaurants, retail and entertainment at Crocker Park is a 9 min drive.
