Hope Pointe Place is a new construction community of limited-maintenance 2-story townhouses by Pulte Homes in Westlake, Ohio. This subdivision comprises the streets of Merlot Ln and Zinfandel Ct, located 0.6 miles west of Dover Center Rd, off the south side of Detroit Rd.

Upon completion, the 8.47-acre site will comprise 52 townhomes.
Prices began in the upper $360’s.
Pulte is offering three 2-story floorplans sized from 1,854-2,064 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
NOTE: The two smaller floorplans are identical to those in Parkway Crossing, located roughly 1.2 miles north along Westlake’s northern border.
Facades are similarly styled with a combination of horizontal and shake siding, stone veneer accents, and white window trim and rake board/fascia trim.
First floors feature hard-surface flooring, a designated front entry hall, a mud hall with a coat closet and optional boot bench, a half bath, and an open-concept living area with a great room that opens to the kitchen featuring quartz or granite countertops, a center island with pendant lighting and breakfast bar, pantry, dining area, and even a sunroom in some floorplans.
Second floors have hall storage/linen closets, a side-by-side capacity laundry room, 2-3 guest bedrooms, a full bath with dual sinks, and the owner’s suite (optional tray ceiling) with a sitting area (largest floorplan only), walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a dual sink vanity, tiled walk-in shower, and linen closet.
Foundations are slab-on-ground (no basement).
Front-entry garages accommodate 2 cars and have windowed garage doors for natural light.
Backyard patios have privacy panels between neighboring yards.
Townhomes are surrounded by 4.3 acres of HOA-owned greenspace (dark green area on above-illustrated map).
Streets are enhanced by curbside sidewalks, streetlights, street trees, visitor parking pads, and a grassy island with mailbox kiosks.
The entire eastern end of the community is lined with white vinyl privacy fencing and staggered evergreens. Evergreens are also planted along the west end.
This subdivision is bordered to the southwest by Rae-Ann Westlake Nursing & Rehabilitation and to the east by St. Paul Lutheran Church & School.
Hope Pointe Place Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees are approximately $170/month, which include lawn care, landscaping and snow removal.
